Update - Post Op 4 weeks
It’s been 4 weeks since surgery - healing process was overall not bad at all. I have 220cc placed over the muscle (Subfascial). Day 2 and 3 were the most challenging, and I mostly slept. I didn’t have real pain, just discomfort. The worst is getting backed up for sure.
I also really hate waiting to start working out again. I feel ready but some stretches do still feel a little awkward. I recommend waiting at least 4-6 weeks to try your usual routines, even without cutting your muscle.
That said, I feel confident i will easily slip back into my work out routine by week 6. My results are very natural; the whole “going over the muscle looks fake” concept is not at all true If you have some natural breast tissue. I was a small but decent A before and am now a natural C. For all practical purposes, they are totally mine and I never had surgery :)
As you can see, one is a bit lower and I have three things to say about that.. 1. The right was always lower. 2. I’m only week 4 and it’s my left breast that is still dropping (I’m right handed). 3. The cuts are both right in my fold where they should be, so my doctor definitely accounted for it.
I absolutely adore my new boobs and wouldn’t change anything. Give me any questions you have about Subfascial placement. I advise only using a doctor for this method that has the recognized experience for it.

5’5 Small 34A 128lb- Strongly Considering Over the Muscle
Hello all - this website has been pretty helpful so far but I’ve finally booked my procedure in a couple months and still very much considering over the muscle. I’m active and do not care to wait around to heal or have my muscles cut. I want a natural result, just fuller and more proportional to the rest of my body.
I went to several consultations to find the right doctor. I landed on the one with significant experience performing over the muscle BA. He said I have enough natural tissue to easily get what I want with overs - which is a natural 34c. The question I’m trying to resolve now is what profile to get and what size. I’m thinking somewhere between 250-275cc, and I know you don’t lose volume going over versus under.
It’s really hard finding reviews and experience with a smaller over the muscle BA, so much so that I’m willing to be public about my decision on this website. If you have had a similar experience, I’d be grateful for your insight!
