Natural Looking Breast Implants

UPDATED FROM GossamerGirl

Dreaded before pics (camera reel only, will take more later)

$10,000
Just some before pictures. I hate this and I feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE haha. I will try and take some clear ones that are more dead on, I’m just searching through my phone right now. I’m really hoping my implants will add some fullness under my nipples, which I feel sit quite low on my breast. I’m hoping they won’t point down :/
Also, forgot to add that I have stretch marks. Not excited to see how that pans out.

Thanks for the update and for sharing your photos! 83% of RealSelf Community Members said that before and after photos were the most important thing when choosing a provider.

Hey there, can't wait to see how this works out for you and your final decision. I'm hoping to get a BA in summer and have been looking at 150-200cc low profiles. I feel like projection is the main thing that makes breasts stand out or look a bit fake sometimes, or mostly look very obvious under clothing that there's been a change. I like being petite and fit so really I just want to fill out some A/B cup bras without anyone noticing the change. Any chance you have the measurements around the torso directly under your breasts? Would be good for comparison. Good luck!
Hope you are doing well,, and surgery/recovery went smoothly. Love to hear about your ultimate use choice and how it’s all working out for you. (I have SRM310cc, and I feel they are a very natural size for my frame)
If there's any possibility you could update that would be awesome :)

Natural Looking Breast Implants

I’m getting my breasts done, looking for a more natural result. I’m getting implants on the small end of the spectrum, which seem to be few and far between so hopefully this helps someone else. I’ve been obsessing over the more detailed reviews, but there could definitely be way more for the 190-300 cc range.

My plastic surgeon:
I’ve already met with my doctor and scheduled the date. I’ll add his name closer to the surgery. I went with someone in another province after not seeing anyone I really liked in my own. He’s straightforward, wouldn’t tell me things I wanted to hear just to make me choose him- I liked that. The photos I’ve seen were really nice and natural looking. I’ll be travelling for the surgery, which is added stress but I feel good about it. Big decision, lots of money, aka I don’t feel like I should choose my second choice just because they are closer.

Some stats:
130 pounds
5”6
27 year old female
12” BWD

Implants:
I haven’t committed to the exact projection or size yet, but I know what I’m leaning towards. We discussed the natural look, and how I don’t want to be able to see the top ridge of the implants. I’ve picked round silicone. He’s recommended Low Plus Profile or Moderate profile. The spectrum is Low> Low Plus> Moderate> Moderate Plus and so on.
At first I chose 220 cc (or ml) in the low plus profile. The projection is 3 cm. Now I’m leaning towards 255 cc in the moderate, which is 3.9 cm. The projection will be integrated into what you already have so the end result won’t be an exact sum of the cm’s projection you already have and the implants projection. It will be close but, still less. The moderate implants I’m looking st are 11.25 in diameter. The other option I’m considering is 275 cc moderate with a 11.5 cm diameter. Each of my breasts are 12 cm diameter (BWD) so working within that number will create a more natural look. I’m hoping the gap won’t be too crazy, but the different of .25 cm is really small so ¯\_(?)_/¯.

Thoughts on the implant to choose?
I will post photos when I am at home!

This sounds exactly what I am looking for and I have similar measurements as you. I would love to know your surgeon as I am in Toronto.
