I LOVE THEM! They are fluffy and perky and I don't have any issues. They sit nicely and look natural without a bra. When I wear a T-shirt, they aren't overly large or look too unnatural. I went back for a follow-up with Dr. Lee and he couldn't agree more with how amazing they turned out. It looks like one sits higher because my arm is lifted to take the picture. I also like that they aren't perfectly symmetrical, because naturally, we aren't symmetrical at all.

You look amazing.
I am a 36D deflated also, need a lift and two different sizes (about 200cc’s different she thinks). She wants to put 350 in and I’m afraid not going to be big enough. She says I’m big..not bad in a bra that’s padded BUT I want them up, FULL, more than a handful and the same size and I want to wear lace bras and be confident! They also are going under the muscle and I work a full time job and was a bit worried how much time I would need off. Also going Naturelle.
I think you'll be happy with 400 if you want them BIG. Mine are pretty big, I fit a 34DD, but they look pretty normal under clothing.
Thank you for responding! I know doctors usually know what size is good for you I just was a little unsure if she was trying to go on the safe size. You and I look a lot alike from before and I think that yours look great but I also weigh a little more than you and I would like them a little bit bigger I feel. It is very hard to imagine what they would look like because I need a lift and that’s what she’s trying to tell me, but obviously I see what they look like in a push-up bra.
The look great!

7 Months later...

I love my boobs! They are fluffy and my back has stopped hurting under the scapula. Working out sometimes feels a little bit weird, but I'm slowly getting used to it. I still like my post op bras, but have finally ventured into some underwire ones. I am a 34DD, but some odd size from Shein. I can also fit a 34E, but it depends on the manufacturer of course.

They look awesome! Mine took about a year and some change to settle an not be noticed at all working out t the gym. I still feel a little weird doing some movements but I just don't do them. Can I do push ups, no problem. I say all this to say that as time goes on they'll get more comfortable for you at the gym.
What profile did you get? Thanks.
Full!
Do you have a new photo?
I do! I will post more next month because I wanted to do a full review
Okay thanks!

Two week post up!

Still sitting a little high, SUPER SUPER SENSITIVE! I just got my period too, so it probably has not helped that situation. Doing massages as instructed by my PS, my boobs feel super tight in the morning which alleviates throughout the day. I used Arnica gel on my bruising, which seems to expedite the healing process (YAY). I'm taking short walks around the block twice a day to keep me from going insane, but still trying to take it easy and only do things necessary.

How are things going?
Amazingly well! Still getting a little used to working out with them. I have pictures with my bra and swimsuit on. I'll post them now.
