I used this site so much, that I need to give back with a review! I had the hardest time finding pics/reviews of women that had SMALL implants, so hopefully this helps someone! Pre-op stats:
32A (Maybe? I only ever wear sports bras)
5’4”
112lbs
BWD around 11cm, I don’t know exactly!
I have always been a small A cup, then I breastfed my two children, and ended up with saggy, slightly constricted breasts. I wanted a SUPER conservative outcome, so I was only looking at low profile implants (little projection). I have a smaller BWD, so I just had my surgeon tell me the best width implant for me, then looked at the LOW-PLUS profile implant for that width... which ended up being 165cc. Implant info:
Natrelle Inspira Smooth Round
Responsive
Low-Plus Profile
165cc
10.5 cm diameter
2.7 cm projection
I had surgery this afternoon, everything went well. I only ate a tiny amount at dinner because my abs were sore (weird!) but I haven’t had any pain really. Just pressure. I haven’t taken any pain medication. I’m wrapped in bandages, so I can’t see anything really until my post-op in two days. Lefty does appear to be much higher than righty, so that freaks me out a little, but I know I have a long way to go, so hopefully everything evens out!
I’ll post an update tomorrow!

Congrats on your surgery. I love seeing smaller, natural implants, especially on athletic frames.

I’d love follow up pictures. I’m going in surgery end of this month or next. Planning 195 cc moderate but now thinking of low profile too. So this is helpful as I can’t find any smaller implants especially low profile.

Are these under the muscle/dual plane? If so any idea what plane 1/2/3? Thanks! It's nice to finally see some low profile + small implants.

They are under the muscle and dual plane. I am not sure what plane though.

Hey can I ask what incisions you had? It looks like you had under the armpit and inframmory

I got super lucky and never had to take any pain meds. But I definitely have some “frankenboob” going on! Lefty is higher and pointing outward, so I’ll be doing the massages to help them D+F. I have bruising in my left axilla because I had my surgeon lipo that area. I’m so anxious to see what they’ll look like in a few weeks!

Any update? My stats are similar to you 5'4"-104lbs-BW 13. Wanting natural and I'm seeing beautiful results with Low plus profile, but so many docs think Low is too flat. I'd love to see pics! Hope you are healing well!

I’ll post an update later with some pics! They are perfect. I like being small chested, and my goal was a petite, athletic, European model look. I didn’t want even a hint of an augmented look at all, just a completely natural profile and slope. I would 100% recommend the low-plus profile. I would ask your surgeon what the ideal width implant is for you based on your chest wall measurements, then look at the Inspira chart and go with the low-plus implant in that width, whatever the cc’s happen to be. I think docs are hesitant with the low profile implants because they are afraid patients will end up with boob greed, but I knew that wouldn’t be the case for me, so I was adamant about going low, and I feel that they look so much more natural.

My husband jokes that they are shrinking everyday, lol. They are, the swelling continues to go down. I am comfortable with the size, there is no way you would be able to tell I had a boob job because they are still so small, which is what I wanted, lol. My left breast is still looking crazy though. The nipple is pointing down and outwards, and my boobs are still really pointy, so I’m hoping they drop and fluff for a nicer shape. No pain! It’s been a super easy recovery. I have another post op appointment in two days, so I’ll keep updating!
