Can you post an update pic of your final results?
But at the beginning of your review you were depressed of the results. What happened that you change your mind?

Got Natrelle 605cc Silicone Gel but Looks Way Too Small, Something is Definitely Wrong!!!

I am 4 day post up breast augmentation with 605cc Natrelle Silicone Gel implants under mucle 5'7 120lbs and definitely depressed about my size and shape of my breast, it shaped like triangles or rocket looking it is very ugly. I waited so long and dreamed of having big full sexy breasts but unfortunately couldn't achieved it. Also the pain was unbearable and still lasting. Not sure what to do at this point. Spent so much time, money, and effort to go through this and ending up with completely unsatisfactory result is extremely depressing.

I think it's easy to early to tell. They need to drop. Check out some other reviews and I believe in another month or two they will be just how you hoped. I think they look great so far.
I felt the same way about mine. They are under the muscle texturized xtra round natrelle. They were hiding the whole time. The muscle has to relax and yhe implant drops in place. The skin softens and they becpme more protruded. Guve it about a month a half and they will be really out there. Mine are two months and I cant believe how much theyve come out. It also matters on thw profile. Mine are extra so the stick out more. Thwy are not that high in ccs but they appear larger like a 600cc because of the profile.
Thanks for your reply Getting mx boobs, now Im 11 days post op and it did dropped a bit but still hard especially my right side. The right breast been developing flid on the side and around so it is a bit bigger than the left so thats my concern now. Im just living it day by day for the recovery perior and hoping this fluid is issue is the most minimul and that my body absorbs on its own.
They do look big, you can see the whole round implant but it is wide.did you get moderate profile? High profile is more narrow than wide and it sticks out more. Maybe that’s why they don’t look very big to you??
I'm 7 months post op now and completely satisfied with my results. They turn out to be perfect and definitely big enough for my body. I guess it just needed time to heal. Mine is high projection so it does stick out alot, it just needed mucles to relax and heal to show the actual results. Most times I think Im a bit too big now but no complaints. Hope this helps.
I'm so glad to hear that you're happy with your results!
Great! I’m so glad you are happy with them!
Give it about 6 months. Sounds like a long time but time is what will do the trick, and it will fly by. Wear the strap 24/7 if that’s what your doc instructed (I wore mine constantly for a month and I think that’s what helped the dropping a lot) I have 560’s (right now...) and it seems they almost doubled in size at the 4-5 month mark. They will fall further & further down into your breast fold/pocket & one day they will look completely different. You’ll be amazed at the changes. I’m 7 months PO & mine are so big that I’m looking at downsizing. At about 4 months they became very uncomfortable and are just constantly in the way... sleeping, exercising, walking, intimacy, everything- you can’t move them so they are just right there and walk into a room before I do. They are incredibly heavy and feel foreign. Continue to take weekly pictures (the same background is helpful as a point of reference) so you can look back and see the changes. It’s hard to notice when you see them everyday, but pictures help so much. I suggest a good protein powder- I took Mend Cosmetic, which is specifically formulated for cosmetic surgery- for 6 Weeks after surgery and it helped the pain & the healing process so much. Just a scoop with OJ, frozen fruit & almonds in a blender in the AM. Your body needs an incredible amount of protein to repair itself. Just try not to be so hard on yourself yet, it’s still so early that if they did look good, I’d be worried because in 6 months they won’t look the same! Keep your head up!
Give it some time. It can take awhile for them to drop and fluff before you see the actual results. I had a BA 10 years ago and remember thinking the same thing. I just had a mommy makeover a week ago and had my implants exchanged for gel. Right now they don't look anything like they will soon. Just be patient I'm sure you'll love them soon.
Hi! How are you liking them now that you're fully healed? I am similar, 5'6 125lbs and I got 605cc and 695cc I'm 2 weeks post-op. I'm curious to hear an update!
