4 months post-op and my breasts look so natural

I held out to make sure I went to Dr. Alavi for my breast augmentation and I am so glad I did. My breasts look AMAZING. I am 5'8.5" and went with 520cc natrelle silicone implants. Originally, I was going to go a size smaller (at 480cc) but Dr. Alavi recommended I go a bit larger because I am taller and can handle the extra volume. I had a small B cup and am now a 36DD/38D. I am glad I went a bit bigger because these breasts look so natural on my frame. I am ~4 months post-op and not a day goes by that I regret them. The anesthesiologist was so kind and comforting during healing and answered all of my questions. I would 100% recommend Dr. Alavi for breast augmentation.
