WORTH IT
I went for my sizing appointment which was with one of the office staff. When I came into the office they had already pulled out a couple different options based on my second telephone consult with Dr. Andrade. I was so happy that they were prepared and knowledgeable and me and what I wanted to help me through this experience.
I tried on the original 345cc moderate profile again but based on my desired results they had pulled out some high profile options that align with my band width
I ended up choosing 365 cc high profile.. definitely different then I had originally thought. I am grateful for the additional questions and personal sizing appointment to help me get to this decision. Picking the size has been the most difficult for me. I have spent a ton of time trying on rice sizers at home and playing with different sizes. I want them to be full but not too big that they impact my sports. Based on these desires I think the 356cc HP will give me what I want.

I've picked my surgeon - Dr. Andrade
I had my consult with Dr. Andrade and knew he was the right doctor for me. He was very knowledgeable, gave me some guidance without influencing my decision, he listened attentively to my questions. Very professional and ensure I had realistic expectations for my potential results.
His staff left me to try on different sizes and see what I was comfortable with. Leaving the office after my consult I was thinking 345 cc moderate profile.
I wanted to take my time and make sure I wasn't making any quick decisions. So from October to December I did a ton more research looking for other people results with breast that looked like mine. After all my research I realized I had a ton more questions that I wanted answers to, questions about cleavage, placement, profile outcomes, bandwidth size and implant options, etc. I reached out to the office and asked if I could have a second consult with Dr. Andrea to ask my additional questions. Within a couple of days I had a phone consultation with Dr. Andrade himself at no extra charge.
He was very informative and patient ensuring all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable. After this consult I knew for sure he was going to be my surgeon.
It does feel funny going with the only surgeon o have had a consult with but between his results, qualifications, and personal demeanor I cannot imagine I could find anyone better.
I contacted his office the next day to let them know I wanted to move ahead and they booked me for an additional sizing appointment so that I can be sure of my choice and said following that they will book my surgery for a couple week later. Looking forward to my sizing appointment.

After making a final decision to not have any more kids it's time to get my boobs fixed. I have always been flat chested bra size was a 32a before kids and a small 34b after kids.
I play a lot of sports (baseball, soccer, golf) and are pretty active in general so I wanted to make sure I didn't go too big that I felt they would get in the way. My goal is to just get a fuller looking breasts with some cleavage.
I started my search online looking for a surgeon who had a profile of pictures that I had look that I'm wanted.... via Google I stumbled on Realself and found Dr. Andrade, in Newmaket Ontario. After a deep search on him I felt confident that he has the experience, qualifications, and patient history that I was comfortable with. Essential on paper he checked all my boxes. I contacted the office early Oct 2022 and had an appointment scheduled for a couple weeks later. The consult did cost $100 but if you choose to go with him it is applied to your surgery, and based on my research of him I felt it was worth the money to find out if he was the right doctor for me.
I did the same for Dr. Lista at The Plastic Surgery Clinic in Mississauga, Ontario. I was impressed by his reviewed and results. I contacted his office for a consult in Sept 2022, and the appointment date I got for a consult was March 2023. No fee for this appointment but obviously a much longer wait time.
