Good Dr. just a bad experience. Bottoming out has gotten worst. The only way I can get them to look normal is using a bra even though my nipples pop out of them. I have no upper pole fullness, and my incisions do not seem to want to fade, they are as dark as they were 3 months post op. The little dent on my left breast has not gotten any better either. My confidence did not increase it just created more insecurities. I can’t wear any low cut shirts or dresses because the little dent shows and it seems really unsymmetrical. I can’t also go braless because my nipples are so high up you can tell that is not supposed to be were they should sit. I am scared of a revision and having to go through surgery again and the issues not being fixed. I don’t know what to do and if I should just leave them as they are.

I think you should go for revision. Not with the same doctor. Check out dr. Oppenheimer in Orlando. I’m having tummy tuck and Lipo done with him.

So sorry to hear this has happened. Have you seen your plastic surgeon about this? May I ask what your I was when you got your BA! Mine is around 14-15 and am nervous mine will bottom Out due to low body fat
March 10, 2022
No I haven't seen my surgeon yet Im planning on going this week for a consultation. I was about 15 too and still am. But I don't really think that happens bc of that specifically. I have two other friends that also had the same problem and their BMI is normal.

Thanks for your prompt response. I’m glad you’ll be seeing your Dr this week, please keep us up to date with how it went and what his response was.

It’s good to know BMI doesn’t play a part, I’m trying to up my weight as I’m quite lean and your post has probably been the only one with a similar body/bmi to mine. I’ll let you know how I go with my BA as I’m thinking of going with tear drop shape

Hey ladies! im 5'1 and 97 lbs also very very petite... im thinking of doing 450HP implants so that is QUITE a lot larger than this! I asked my dr about bottoming out and he said its about tissue not being able to hold implant but theres not much they can do to prevent, I guess it something that just happens. Now im getting a little more nervous as yours were only 220cc! I hope you find a solution to this, and regardless you are always beautiful. I hope you do not stress yourself over the appearance of them because in the long run as long as you are healthy everything is okay. Sending hugs. xo

Wow 450cc is pretty large. I like the size this hi went as it suits her body really well and looks natural

I ended up getting 415CC and im over the moon. I love them!
May 26, 2022
Did you decide on having a revision yet?
May 29, 2022
Not yet, Im scared of having a revision and also not liking them after
June 3, 2022
Please keep up updated on your progress. I’m so torn now on whether I should get them. I’ve gained some weight so my bmi is a litter higher now.
June 3, 2022
You should totally get them, I have skinny friends who have them done and they look beautiful. I was just not fortunate enough to have the same experience, but it does not mean it has to happen to you. BMI also does not play a part on how they come out, its just your Dr, even though mine its really recognized where I live and a really good Dr. But no one's perfect.

Thanks so much for your reply :) I went to seen my surgeon today for a consultation and she measured me and recommended between 200-255cc. I originally wanted tear drop but she said because I am very empty higher up, so she recommends round which will give me upper fullness.

Do you smoke? I heard smoking slows down healing process and causes dark scars? Make sure you're wearing supportive bras at all time since gravity will always win. Wishing you luck.

Hi, no I do not smoke. Thank you!

Hey there, I am almost 3 months post op. I have noticed my breast have bottomed out a lot and it really concerns me. At first I thought they were a little small but I am super skinny so I knew it was the best for me and I actually liked them. When I wear clothes/bras they look totally fine and how I want them to actually look. Right now I am not happy with my current results, when I have no clothes on they do not look symmetrical and my left breast has somewhat of a little dent/hole also the bottoming out situation. Im thinking of getting a revision with my Dr But the fact of getting another surgery scares me. What should I do?

If you want a revision just because of the dent or just them not looking symmetrical than I would not. I don’t see the dent and they look pretty symmetrical.

Thank you for sharing your 3 moth post op. I think you should wait it out because I've heard the implants will change more even after a year. Did you get round or teardrop? I have very similar BMI to you and I'm thinking of going 200-220cc max
August 23, 2021
Thank you! Mine are round implants. Right now I thinks the size is perfect for my figure so I think 220 cc would me good

I would wait a few more months. My breasts finally settled after the 6-8 month mark. I’ve learned to accept the my preop boobs weren’t perfect neither are my post op boobs. Either way, I love them. Happy healing and keep us posted!

This past week I discovered something on my left breast and I don't know what it could be from or if it's something permanent or normal and it will go away. Please if this has happened to anyone let me know.

Hi there, your results are perfect, congrats! I noticed you have very similar stats to me and a planning to get BA soon with small sized implants exactly like yours because I'm really skinny too. Would it be possible you post some more photos as I'm tossing up between getting round or anatomical.
July 15, 2021
Heya, I am looking into getting 200-275cc range, the size you chose is perfect on you especially having a beautiful petite skinny physique. I had my 580cc's removed from under the muscle this year. Were your implants placed above or under the muscle? Your 220cc is exactly the size I want and it makes quite a difference if they're above or below the muscle.
August 15, 2021
Hey Im sorry for the delay, mine are under the muscle :)
