How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Mum of 2 with Deflated D-cup Breasts
I'm a 42 year old Mum of two small children. I breastfeed both children for 15 months each. After having the babies my weight reached 230 pounds. I'm only 5'2.5". During 2020 I lost 100 pounds, which left me completely deflated. I have wanted medium/large breasts my entire life, as I only had large breasts when I was pregnant and nursing. Unfortunately my Mother passed from COVID-19 during January 2021, which left me with a determination to get the breast augmentation I always wanted. My Mother was an amazing woman who always put others before herself. She literally contracted COVID-19 while trying to encourage people to register to vote. So once I secured my payment method I began to heavily research surgeons and watch reviews. I had one in-person consultation with a local doctor, but he demanded I get a lift and wanted $12K. That was a NO! I did one live virtual consultation with a surgeon in Tampa, but he wanted $5K and he had a couple malpractice claims. I finally settled on Mia Aesthetics Tampa because of their great price and the surgeon had good pictures. I did not meet Dr. Evertsen until the morning of my surgery but overall he was very nice and respectful. The staff at the facility were also very nice. My only area of concern is that one of my breasts is bigger than the other, Dr. Evertsen felt that the size difference wasn't significant enough to use different size implants, so he placed 485cc in each breasts over the muscle. The healing journey has been ok over all. Tomorrow I will be three weeks post op and I still have bruising and swelling. My right side is more swollen than the left, I am right-handed.
