Did I Went Too Small. Not Sure...

WORTH IT
I just had to came to say that less is more is true. So don't you believe if you get told to go as big as possible. Do not. Seek a surgeon who have aesthetic eye, who refuces to go too big and who has a portfolio which pleases you.
Because now I feel that my hesitation in the beginning was totally stupid and I should have trust the surgeon.
Now when they really have settled and get softer they are perfect. They feel like I allways had them, the size is as right as it can be, they are symmetrical and I don't have any kind of nerve damage or changes in feel at all. And girls, you know what.... Oh yes! I have a cleavege with normal bra without any push ups or paddings and even in a light thin top <3

Much more happier with the results and size now
Really much more happy wit the results now without any hesitation.
Like I wrote they have somehow settled during the last couple weeks and I think that they look much more natural, softer and the size is perfect.
Maybe I had somekind of "tittyblues" if that's even a word :D

Did I Went Too Small. Not Sure...
Hello you all!
I'm a 174 cm/62kg/ size 36 US 6/ 37 years old woman and I've never liked my breasts. Even tought their size has allways been quite small they have never been round and perky. Rather saggy, large areolas, allmost a bit tubularic like.
After long breastfeeding and about 15 pounds of weight loss all I had left for years was allmost empty saggy ugly breasts, which I was ashamed of. I used only padded bras and didn't want anyone even see them.
I had to choose my clothes fit for my bra and not the otherwice like it should be.
The "last nail at that coffin" was the wedding dress. Because my breasts I had to settle only pretty nice exchange for the dress of my dreams.
So I married the man of my dreams in just a pretty nice dress, but went to the clinic, met the surgeon and booked the operation :'D
After long discussion, measurements and fittings the surgeon said that about 370cc is going to be max which would give me enough of size, suit my body but wouldn't stresch my own tissues too much. (I also live in a country where big implants are quite rare and doctors are conservative comparing many other countries.)
He told that cause I haven't got much fat in my body or tissue in my breasts ( about 100cc each side) there is a risk that implants going remain visible. Normally at cases like mine he would put them under the muscle or so called dual plane. But in my case in his opinion over the muscle would work better ifq choosing right type of implant.
So he/we decidet to go Motiva Round 360cc subglandular.
Everything went well, I healed quickly and got back to work after a week. Left breast was more swollen and sore for a longer time but the right felt good and healed allmost instantly. The difference was and still is that the right implant moves more than the left one which doesnt move allmost at all.
If I lift my breasts with my hands it rises higher. Also when I lie down it slides higher and more to the sideways too. This isn't a big problem but I would like to know why it's so. Ofcourse I'm going to ask this from my surgeon too when I meet him next time.
Ive been thinking that could it be that the right implant pocket is too large/loose? And if so is it possible to fix this problem, how easy/hard it would be and how it's done?
And now comes the real problem. Did I went too small.
Right after the operation when there were lots of swollowing I was extatic. Now I'm still happy but not nearly that happy.
I had so high hopes that after the operation I could "feel big" without any paddings. Well, that didn't happened. The size looks just the same as it did before with the padded bras and no one hasn't even noticed anything.
I used size 75C and now it's 75D. My own minibreasts needed a C-cup in a situation where 350cc more per each side gives me only one size more. How is this even possible?
I'm still using medical support or sport bras but does this mean that I'm going to need those padded bras and bikinis to "feel bigger" afterall?
Could it be cause I'm a tall and "big framed" woman that the larger implants would have still suit better for my proportions? And because I have wide chest would the bigger implants gave me cleavage which I never have had and still don't have?
I realize that I might have somehow distorted body image. For my hole life I've heard how tall, showy and a big woman I am. This has made me feel that I'm allways too fat and need to loss weight. Even then when my husband and friends says I should _gain_ weight.
Because all of that I'm not sure is this a real deal at all or is it only in my head?
I would appreciate honest outside opinions a much, so thank you all of you who maybe could give me one!

i think you look perfect and the size is beautiful....you do not need to lose weight....as you age, too big of boobs will make you look matronly and older than your years.....jmo
I think they are perfect for our frame. I did 275cc. I am glad I didn't go bigger. You can always play them up when you want with certain outfits and bras. But once you go big, you can't make them smaller. You are so gorgeous !!
They ate perfect and looks more natural without holding it up. Its great on your frame!
First and foremost let me say congrats on your BA! I think your breasts look beautiful and proportionate. Also by all means you are NOT fat. You have a lovely figure that any lady would love to have. Women are paying to have a flat tummy like you, so please love yourself!
From reading reviews for over 3+ years now I've learned a few things along the way. I'm not a Dr or giving any advice by any means, it's just my opinion. Your PS should of measured your breasts to get your BWD. That number tells them what size implant you can fit in your breast. BA only enhances our current breasts. It can't change our anatomy. Your results will vary based on your BWD, skin elasticity, stats, anatomy and your PS surgical abilities. I have read many times in several different reviews that taller women can handle bigger implants. A lot of times they swallow them up and sometimes can look small on them. Your PS probably allowed you the max that could fit at that time. Usually after a year or so our breasts become accustomed to the implants and stretch allowing you to go larger. I have 500cc Mentor Mod+ profile which are wider than HP and a tad bit less projection. However I think it's the best of both worlds. I love how your breasts look in the pink bandeau. I think with your results you would need a wider implant to try and fill the gap between your breasts. Your anatomy can only allow the PS to do so much. Sometimes the PS can do a procedure to adjust the implants to create cleavage. At least with your placement your not dealing with any type of animation deformity. Plus if you went under the implant would be slightly compressed and you would lose about 10-15% volume. If I was in your shoes, I would enjoy your results to the fullest. It's no guarantee if you had a revision your results wouldn't get messed up or having healing issues. One other thing I read in the Q&A forum, most Dr say you "should" increase one cup for every 150cc. I hope this helps you out and isn't to overwhelming. Spunkcow... you are sooo on point with your message to this lovely lady. Her anatomy plays a huge part on the decision of the size implants they use. You are so educated on various plastic surgery procedures. I always read your comments, and I'm in awe with all your knowledge. I'm having a facelift and neck lift in September. I have implants about 100cc bigger than yours (max my body can take) and i still couldn't achieve that high cleavage look you're looking for. I know what u mean but I don't it has much to do with the size. I can only achieve it by wearing a bra . And ur wish puc, she's wearing one too ! I love ur results. U look beautiful. The size you got makes you look young and perky !
