Getting Motiva Ergonomix Mini 165cc

Tough224032
I'm getting my boobs done tomorrow morning. Since I found it quite difficult to find pictures and reviews of mini boob jobs (less than 245cc), I decided to do a review by myself to help other women deciding on their implant size.
I just wanted a slight increase in volume with just a small projection. I‘m petite (1.60m, 48kg) and since I do a lot of sports I didn’t want big boobs, but just some to feel more feminine. My current bra size is a 32A/70A. I hope for a 32B/70B. My surgeon will use the dual plane technique on me. In combination with the ergonomic implants by Motiva I aim for a very natural result.
Here are some before pictures I took today in order to compare the results afterwards.
Wish me luck!

Let us know how it goes! I'll be following. We have similar body stats and my surgeon suggested 175cc-275cc. Good luck!

Please let us know how it goes! I have a very similar frame and size to you! I have booked to have 150cc implants as I also want small increase, but there are hardly any photos of small implants! So cannot wait to hear how this went!

Thank you for this post I’m booked in to go on the smaller side 175 and it’s super hard to find any reviews. Your results look beautiful.

This is my exact journey. So thankful you did this. Mini boob jobs are hard to find.
I'm 1.6m and 60kg. I am want to feel more feminine and also go from a 34AA to a 34B. I want larger more feminine breasts that are very natural! Thanks for sharing, seriously!

I had surgery yesterday. So far everything went well. I tolerated the anesthesia very well and was quickly fit again - of course my body’s been super slow. The breasts don't hurt that much, but my back hurts even more. The whole upper body feels stiff. I bought some cool packs and a pregnancy cushion that helps a lot to sit and sleep upright. For the first 48h you definitely need an all-around care, because especially getting up alone and straightening up is hardly possible.
I will see the result tomorrow for the first time without compression bra. But from what I see so far, the size is what I imagined - a nice B-cup.

48h after surgery

I had my first follow-up today. The breasts are still very swollen, especially in the area of the sternum, which is why the breasts don't really stand out yet. Since today, the pain is much better and I was able to go for a slow walk; even had lunch in a café.

Glad you’re doing well! I also had a mini back in December and am around your size. So nice to have something there and feel more feminine but still smaller/more natural for my body type. Good luck with your recovery!!

Thank you so much! Have yours also been huge at the beginning because of the swelling? Although I got low profile implants, I’m feeling like they’re high projection. What size did you get?
April 11, 2022
Yes, they seemed huge in the beginning due to swelling but once things started settling after a few weeks, they got better. It took about 5-6 weeks for them to truly look more normal and not be stiff anymore. One dropped (my smaller one) after only 2-3 weeks and looked normal but the other took awhile. I got 180 on one side and 200 on the other. I seriously had nothing beforehand (very tiny amount of breast tissue) so now I love my size…still small and good for my size but much more than I had!

Sounds like me! My smaller one already dropped and I don't have any pain or restrictions on that side. The other side is still swollen and hurts in my breast and back sometimes. It's funny that they heal so differently. But I already love the size :)

thank you so much for sharing! These are the first before and after photo's I have seen of someone getting small implant size - so its amazing to see results. Looks stunning and glad you are doing well!

Thank you so much! It's sooo difficult to find photos. I struggled a lot to find the right size for me. Realself really helped me a lot, but most of the reviews are far beyond 250cc. So I wanted to share my experience for all the small boob lovers. :)
