Hi everyone!
I wasn't too sure I was going to make a review myself, but after spending hours gathering knowledge from so many brave individuals on Real Self, I decided to become one of them! I noticed that there aren't many women who get smaller implants like myself (I'm either going with 245cc or 265ccs) so I also thought this might help someone similar to myself someday!
Here are my body stats if you want to compare your own to myself to help out!
Age: 24
Height: 164cm / 5'4" (I think, I'm from South Africa so feet are new to me lol)
Weight: 54/53 kg / 199 lbs (I don't really weigh myself so this one I'm not sure of)
Kids: None
Body type: Petite
Lifestyle: Active (I exercise about 5-6 times a week!)
Bust: 77cm
My BA has been booked for the 11th of May (9 days woo!) and as per my doctor's suggestion we are going with an incision under my breast and placing the implants either dual plane or subglandular! I've chosen the Demi projection but the only thing I'm not 100% sure of is the size! I've looked at so many beautiful women's afters with 265ccs but something inside of me knows I'll look better with 245cc (and then boob greed comes up and I can't decide lol) - so if anyone has any advice on how to pick a size or has had 245ccs PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

I am excited for you and good luck on your surgery!! I don't have any advice for picking sizes (I haven't had my BA yet, 13 days for me yay!!) but I did want to let you know that 53 kg is about 117 lbs :) hope to see updates!!

I am 30 125lbs and small farm. I was a 32A before and I got 275cc over the muscle and I'm a full C!

Omg another over the muscle! It’s so nice to find you! Thank you so much for commenting, I was trying rice implants this morning (I made my own little implant out of rice and old stockings to like wear for the day) and the difference between the 245 snd 265 is really hardly noticeable, leaning a little closer to the 265 now!
Can I ask how you’re feeling with having them over the muscle? Thank you so much!

Yes!! Back when I did mine and was on here I could never find anyone who had gone over the muscle!! I did the rice thing too! And I think you should go for the 265 because there is barely any difference at all! I wish I had gone the 350 but I am so happy with mine already! And over the muscle is all I know haha but i don't notice anything they legit feel like my regular boobs just bigger!

I am so grateful for this website for bringing you into this comment section!!! THANK YOU! It is so reassuring to hear that your boobs feel like boobs (might one of the stranger sentences I’ve typed in a while)! My surgeon has reassured me about 100 times that over is the best choice for me but as soon as I see that everyone else is under I get nervous all over again so thank you!
One last question, do they feel heavy on your chest? I think that’s my biggest concern is that because they’re not tucked away under muscle I’ll feel their weight? (This also may just be me making up stuff hahaha)

They don't feel heavy! Not even a bit! And everyone will be different but for sure go with what makes you feel best and what your goal look is! Don't go bigger if your not wanting to! Everyone I feel has boob greed after they are comfortable with what they get but like I was sooo flat that anything was better than before haha!

Love seeing over the muscle I am a 32A as well and the surgeon I want only does over the muscle so I was worried because I have no breast tissue

I am 5'3" and weigh 120. I got 350 cc's. I don't think you will be happy with the size. It's way too small. I have a solid C cup and wish I wold have gone bigger to a small D size. I am also extremely active and exercise daily. My size is fantastic and no issues with lifestyle. I can skip on bras whenever. They look so natural. Just go bigger. Trust me. Unless you wanting just a B cup.

Hiya!! Thank you so much for the advice! It’s absolutely delicious to hear that you can skip wearing bras!! That’s something I was quite concerned about! I’m leaning more towards smaller implants because I lost a lot of my breast size when I finally got my hormones sorted out and went off of birth control, so much so that I feel childish instead of womanly :( my goal is not really to increase the size thaaaat much more so to get me back to a B!

Hello !! I have BA surgery on June,11 and don't have clue about the size. Dr. suggested me 350cc or 400cc .. that is crazy for me but probably not !!! I don't know I am petite , 5'2 and 116 pounds. I am thinking to go up to 300cc .. but sometimes also thinking 275cc I want small girls, but rounded, full pole and nice cleavage.

Hi love! Your surgeon will give the beat advice, way more than I can help with! My greatest request was to kind of take my boobs as they are and enhance them, and that’s how we decided around the 245-265cc options! So my biggest recommendation is going in to your consult with lots of pictures, and clear things you’re not willing to compromise on, like for me it was a natural shape! I hope this helps! :)

I just had mine done, I’m 5’ 2” and 125 lbs and wear a size 4 Jean. I asked for 350cc and my Dr said you will look like a porn star! So glad I dident go with that size, he put in 315 cc and I absolutely love them! I’m wearing a 32 DDD bra if you go too big it will be really hard to find shirts that fit your boobs and your small frame.

Best of luck to you! I went for 245cc ergonomix from motiva for about 6 weeks ago, and I couldn’t be more happier. We are quite similar in measurements so I can’t wait to see ur updates here

It’s three days until surgery day, and I’m not going to lie, the nerves have definitely set in! It doesn’t help that I’ve been isolating for what feels like eternity now!
Trying to keep myself feeling excited by looking at before and afters and watching BA vlogs on YouTube! Does anyone have any advice for the pre-surgery nerves?
