How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Almost 4 weeks post op
These pics are almost 4 weeks post op. I am now 4 weeks and 3 days post op and I feel like I can do most normal things now. Like carry more weight, more housework without being really careful and long walks. I am so excited to workout again at the 6 weeks mark!
1 week post-op
I’m sorry for a little late update! But these pictures are 1 week post-op. The first week had gone better than I thought it would be in a way. I heard from someone I know how difficult post-op was for them, so I am so thankful that I was more lucky! Took my first shower 4 days post op, and it went much better than I thought it would. The day after I completely stopped taking painkillers. The first days I had to be on painkillers all the time, but 4 days post op the pain just stopped quite quicky. A few days after that it was still uncomfortable, but I was so happy that the worst part was over.
I am now 15 days post op, and now it is rare that i feel uncomfortable. Sometimes I feel a little tight in the chest and the stiches in the morning. And I get a really weird feeling in my chestmuscles when i open the fridge for example, when the muscle tightens. My left side have been much worse than my right, much more painful and swollen. My right boob have dropped more. I still have to be very careful and not use the chest muscles too much to get a quicker and safer recovery. I would say my surgeon seems much more strict than many reviews I have read on here. He told me to completely relax the first two weeks, and no walks outside. He said that if I’m not really careful, too much movement can cause capsule contraction suddenly even years later. I am really grateful, because I want the best possible result, and he also really want what is best for his patients.

Motiva Ergonomix 380cc, Demi Profile
A few stats about me:
27 years old
176,5cm
69kg
Breast width about 13cm
I have wanted this for a long time, but never thought I would ever go through with it. I was at my first consultation for about 2,5 months ago and tried first on 360cc, and i felt like it was huge! I thought that I maximum would end up with like 320, max 340cc. But as the time went on and I looked at before/after pics I got more and more used to the size. I ended up going for 380cc. I was also unsure about going for motiva round or motiva round ergonomix, because I wanted a little more upper pole fullness, but I ended up going with ergonomix instead because I want it to look more natural. I felt like that was the most safe choice for me.
I went dual plane (under half the muscle) because i wanted a more natural look and avoid rippling. I am now 4 days post-op, and will update more later how these last days have been, and how my first shower later today went!
