bottoming out and retouch 8 months later

WORTH IT
I finally went back to my surgeon in September. After a quick examination, she quickly concluded that I was "bottoming out". We then agreed on a date in December for a touch-up. Fortunately, she did it free of charge for both breasts. We don't really know what caused this phenomenon. Several factors are possible. Here are my breasts just before the operation and these 3 days after. I'll post the healing progress in the following days. The left breast was lower than the other (1.5 cm below the breast fold). The right breast hadn't sunk as much. You can clearly see that the 2 prostheses have gone back up and are finally at the same level. The result is already much more aesthetic. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this time the breast fold will hold. I'm really going to try to be careful. I also have the impression that they look slightly bigger than before, is that just an impression ?

3 months post-op (a detail that grieves me)

There is one small aesthetic detail that I don't like. I don't know if I'm being paranoid or not... At the start, my breasts were really nothing (an AA is smaller than an A), so I had to rebuild them entirely. I suppose that made the work much more complex than for the other, more basic cases. I find that my nipples are quite high and are not in the 45/55 position as they should be in a standard breast augmentation result. What's more, the nipple on the left breast, in addition to being quite high, is still pointed strongly outwards. The scars are also not exactly in the mammary fold :/ These details don't bother me more than that, but they're there all the same, and that depresses me a little, especially for an operation of this price. I think they could have been more beautiful. But I'm happy with the result, which isn't too bad either. Do you think it's very noticeable ?

I think that they look beautiful!! They may settle some more as well, so don't stress. Scars will fade to very pale white/ silver too. You look fantastic!!
Its only been 3 months and your nipples are high, I think that maybe you are bottoming out ? you should discuss this with your surgeon because if they drop even lower, at that point your nipples are going to be way too high.
Its better to voice your concerns. I've had a BA in the past and I had the opposite, my nipples are way too low. Even though it bothered me, I never voiced my concerns and I regret it. Because years later its too late to ask for a revision at a low cost.
Thank you for your honest advice! I'll make a note of it and talk to her about it at our next revision meeting :) I hope, however, that the revisions won't be too expensive because I'm a broke student and I hadn't thought about that at all...
Normally if you have a nice surgeon, you wouldnt pay his fees but you would have to pay the hospital fees (anesthesia, nurses etc). You still have a great result tho!! I hope everything works out for you :)

3 months post-op

It's already been 3 months since my operation, and time's flying ! I've been pain-free for almost a month and a half now. My breasts are fully sensitive again, even my nipples :) My scars are no longer sensitive or rough, they're all smooth and rosy. My breasts have already descended a lot and should normally descend a little more (the final result is at 9 months, so there's still time). They've become much more supple and I can move them easily :) I don't feel the prostheses at all, I can sunbathe or sleep on my stomach without much discomfort, which is probably due to the fact that my breasts weren't too big ! Thanks to the Ergonomix prostheses, when I lie down they spread out in the same way as real breasts, which is very satisfying and looks very natural ;) When I move or do sport, my breasts move and follow the movement in a fluid way (they're not fixed blocks of concrete), the first times I went down the stairs quickly were quite surprising aha Especially when you're not used to having a minimum of breasts ;) I'm very happy with the result, they fit perfectly in my clothes and I'm convinced I would have been disappointed if I'd gone bigger (I was hesitating with the 265cc). In fact, I like to dress in a rather alternative way and wear rather daring outfits like corsets that you can easily find in street wear shops. When I tried on some sexy pieces in shops, I was just at bust level for the sizes I'm wearing now. If my chest was a 265cc, it would overflow... My chest fits exactly in the standarts of the types of clothes I love to wear and it's really what I wanted :) As far as bra sizes go, it varies from brand to brand. Generally, I'm an 80B or C. I'd say I'm somewhere between a big B and a small C. I feel much more in tune with myself, this operation has really helped me feel better, I'm delighted !
