Here are some before and after pics which puts it into perspective - where is started with hardly anything, to where Ergonomix 170cc takes you! Hoping my photos can help you make your decision! Just a reminder, I am 166cm talk and weight 57kg. I’m kind of slim and curvy. Not a tiny girl but not big. Average I would say!

Here are a few photos- they have become really really soft and I honestly think they look identical to my boobs while I was breast feeding! They don’t look big in bras or costumes. But feel amazing and the size is perfect for me. No one has noticed yet that u have had my boobs done and I have don’t lots of socialising with friends!

I thought ld have tear drop until my surgeon said they were more prone to complications so l think round now but like you lm desperate for a natural look! So lowest profile and droop sound good. I’m trying the rice bags and lm finding that anything more than 150cc looks and feels really silly on me! Yours are perfect except ld like more cleavage when lm

How painful/long was your recovery?

Yea so the round Ergonomix will have same look as teardrop but without the complications that come with teardrop shape. I would say that 180cc is literally a cup size. If you are flat chested and want cleavage then you will need to go for more cc’s. At least 200. Alternatively maybe chat to your surgeon about if the normal round will give more cleavage than Ergonomix round?

Fab l will definitely ask him about those then as they sound like the solution! Do you have a picture of yours in a bra? I don’t like the “apple” look so l don’t think round would be right for me. How long till they became soft?

Small frame pics
Here are two anonymous pics of my best friend who had 250cc round implants. She is little, about 47kg. Started with absolutely flat chest, just nipples. Her results are stunning, very natural. Point being, I got 170cc and she got 250cc and hers still look gorgeous small and natural. So think the increase in size from 170/180 to 250 isn’t huge. Hope this helps all of you girls xxx

Thanks so much!and please tell her thanks as well. I don't think you realize how much help you've been. My surgery is tomorrow, and I've gone from doubting and thinking 245-260 cc is way too much to realizing my surgeon have actually understood my wish 100 % +. Lots of love!
What profile implant does your friend have?
Do you know if she had mini or demi?

I have exactly the same implants and size like your friend! This is great to see how same implant can look differently on other person! You both have amazing results, very natural! When did your friend have an op?
Wow that is so amazing! Can’t believe! She had hers about 10-12 years ago, and has had babies since and they still look incredible!
Thank you for sharing these. Very helpful, im currently choosing which size to go for, somewhere between 170 and 220. Also motiva ergonomix implants! Do you remember if your implants were mini, demi or full regarding the projection?
My review might also help you. I had 245cc and 260 cc Motiva round mini submuscular, which I initially thought was way too much, but my surgeon was right about his recommendation. I had absolutely no breast tissue from before. The rounds was recommended because of this, as ergonomix would not have given me any fullness on top as well, but without giving the fake look.
