Bottoming out

Now I’m sure my implants are placed too low and as time passes they are bottoming out. Nipples are too high, I think I will ned revision surgery in 6 months, maybe I will change implants from Motiva Silk Surface to Mentor textured implants

Both. I thing they were placed too low in the first place but because of the silk surface and position above the muscle it got worse and it will as time passes
I am so sorry to read that. Fingers crossed if you will decide to make revision. Tell us if you decide about the new implants-which one will you choose.
I added my photos with the same result. What did your surgeon say? My surgeon said that revision is possible after 4 months after surgery but I am waiting for a date in different place that is why my second surgery will be 15 months after first one.
Do they feel natural to touch?

My skin is really irritated by the medical bra, you can see pathes and rednes.
I’m little afraid are my nipple too high?
There is no paint at all, but they are still touch-sensitive. I’m starting to wear cotton sports bra to try to stop irritation.

I think it might be bottoming out. I have the same. Nipples are too high because implants are placed too low. :(

Motiva Demi Round 320/340

I had surgery three weeks ago. I am 171cm tall, I weigh 51kg. The width of the base is 12.7 cm, another doctor measured 13cm, I personally think they both measured too much, and I needed a narrower implant. 320cc was placed on the left and 340cc on the right. The implants are 11.75 and 12 cm wide. Placed over the muscle.

Why do you think you needed norrower implants?
Hi, because I have realy narrow hips so I liked my proportions more when I didnt have this ‘side boob’.
Originaly I wanted Ergonomix implants, but my doctor tought that Round are better option for me. For now I am not happy with the result, they look fake. I will wait 6 months to see the final result and than I maybe consider revision surgery.
But maybe narrower implants would make a big gap between them. I think they are really nice but maybe implants should be a little higher. Please keep us updated :)
I have 340cc round demi too, was meant to go 300 and my surgeon went bigger. I had my doubts but I’m beginning to think he made the right decision.
I think they look amazing on you, perky and natural. I have a very broad chest and I think mine are too far apart so I’m jealous that yours look closer. They look great on you!
