Going XL 1000+cc First Shot

Thank you :) Happy for your input. Specially for girls who might read my review, as for them to see that it most definitely is not a "one and done" procedure. Even in the best circumstances. If you don't mind me asking, what was your deciding factor to remove them?

Debilitating fatigue and joint pain in hands and feet. I suspected implants. I had so many doctors test and tell me it was normal for my age blah blah .. but after sleeping 9+ hours at night I would wake feeling worse. My neck has permanent whiplash from the weight. I've been working on it the last 7 months and through effort my cervical spine and neck alignment has improved greatly.

A few weeks after removal I was waking before the sun and ready to go. I never nap anymore and I'm consistently the first one up. My joint pain disappeared. I used to have to soak my hands in hot water for 15 in Tue mornings before I could even hold a coffee cup. It's all - gone. Now these symptoms didn't just appear from the start. They happened over years but I can tell you with 100% certainty I feel like I'm in my 20s again. It's remarkable. It took me two surgeries to look normal again - well as normal as can be done. I'm three weeks post lift (surgery two) which was pretty hair raising. My nipples turned purple and then back to pink a week later. I almost lost them but thanks to the skill of my surgeon they are there. One doesn't really work for now it just sits there but I'm thrilled. I did have some necrotic / dead nipple tissue that my Dr had to remove earlier this week to speed healing. It was gross - black and yellow n smelled gross. So, ya, that's why I caution you. You might think that 30 or 40 will never come, but it will and you might be in a different place emotionally - professionally. You may have kids etc. It's so amazing too for me to have people approach me to speak and not give me dirty looks or stare -

It was long overdue for me. Of not for this site is have never had the courage to do it, but as it turns out it was the most liberating thing in the world there's a great feeling in loving who/what you really are - flaws, scars and faults and all of the beautiful ness that comes from within - not only the outside. Heck if we are lucky we will all live to be 100....and we will hopefully let go of the vanity and just enjoy the damn applesauce and creamed corn. Until then - let's enjoy every single day of THIS! You are healthy, you are happy, you are enough! Xo

Exact same story here Lisa and I had my 800cc implants removed a month ago. Outside of health, I be we realized how 'big' they made me look when not in skin tight clothes! I'm a size 6/8 and since removal, people keep asking me how I lost so much weight overnight. Damn aging implants. Smaller boobs just look thinner and more youthful I guess. Best of luck!

Good morning I am reaching out to you because Dr. Hunsaker will be doing my breast and I want to get 950 I know it’s not as big as yours however I just want to know since you have such a large size has your breast softened or have wrinkles I’m already at thick chic and I had silicone 770cc in the had to be removed due to a mishap . so now I am thinking every doing Saline so that I can go bigger or go home. Lol Please tell me what I’m getting myself into I have always wanted bigger girls. I need your help fellow surgery sister.

I appreciate your input, but I may add that my choices have not been made unknowing. I've researched long and hard for about 5 years before booking surgery. I saw your review and picture of your breasts after explant. Your breasts after explant are what my breasts looked like naturally without implants. I don't plan on ever having breasts without implants, although I do plan on eventually ending up with 800-1000 cc because round fake looking breasts might not go so well with an older aging body. I am 1 day short of being a month post-op, with 12000cc saline implants and mine look very natural. I'm a pretty tall, pretty wide set lady, so no one has even noticed that I had a procedure. My own mother who watches my children every day, including day after surgery hasn't even taken notice. That is part of the reason I am looking to go so large. I also have an older lady friend who once had 3500cc, she's now 72 and has downsized to 1000cc and looks just as normal as any other matronly bodied grandmother.

You may have good intentions, and I believe you do, but there are so many women with larger implants that enjoy them for many, many years. Hell, there are some that even get them at 40, 50 years old.

You have your personal experience, and your opinion is valid for you. But not necessarily for others. What you consider practical may be completely irrelevant to other people.

Irrelevant is is only a matter of time for most of us....
