I wasn’t sure if I’d post a review or not but I have to say this site helped me a lot in choosing what I wanted and didn’t want. I’m 32 years old, mom of 2. I breastfed both kids and that had left me with a very deflated 32b/c. My surgery went well with no complications. I went with Natrelle 470cc ultra high profile. The sizer I chose was 450 but this was the implant that my surgeon chose based on my size, measurements and desired outcome. So far I’m happy with my results. I’m a hairstylist so finding the time to take off for a surgery like this was difficult. Also my Dr recommends 4 weeks off for hairstylists as we work with our arms all day. I’m 2 weeks post op today and I’m feeling better every day. Recovery has been slow and I would say more painful than I had anticipated. My husband took a week off of work to care for me and our kids and I’m glad he did.

How long did yours take I drop? I got mine on 11/9 and they are sitting high up to my Collar bone.

I’m only 2 weeks post op but I would say I didn’t notice much of s difference until about a week out but even then they were still quite high and hard. They’ve slowly been dropping and softening a little each day but I do still have discomfort and do not sleep well.

@MamaL they can take 3, 6 or sometimes 12 months to complete d&f. Most do it in 3 mpo. Also don't be surprised if your dominant side drops slower. It's all normal and patience is the key! Take care.

Thanks! I was worried they will stay stuck that high. I see many people have a band but I haven't received instructions what to do yet. My first post op is on 11/17.

My PS didn't use a band. Every PS has their own instructions. They may explain massages when you go. Hang in there and keep us updated.

Have yours starting to drop? I'm two weeks post op and they are still pretty high and firm

How old were your kids? My kids are 2.5 and 1 and I'm wondering if I need to wait until they are older.

My kids are 9 and almost 4. I would wait unless you have someone who can do the lifting for your 1 year old. You cannot lift for a long time. So loading in and out of a car seat is a no go. I’m a month out and still don’t carry over 10 lbs.

I will have my mom here for a week and then maybe just won’t leave the house unless my hubby is home to help?

Even picking up your child will be difficult. I would say you won’t be able to pick up your child for at least 1-2months. I would go in for a consult and ask your surgeon. They will give the best advice for you.

15 days post op. Still pretty tight and sore feeling. Started doing light massage this week to help soften and drop. I realized I didn’t put in my stats on my original post. 5’8” 138 lbs. went with natrelle 470cc ultra high profile gummy bear implants.

3 weeks post op

Here are my 3 weeks post op photos. I feel like the implants are starting to drop a little. Doing daily “massage” to encourage the drop. I have a bit of lax tissue at the bottom yet and I’m hoping that will fill out once they fully settle. My dr told me I was borderline to need a lift or not. He helped choose the implant to help with the issues. Also said I could have gone larger but I think I’m happy with size. I still have a lot of uncomfortableness and I think that’s due to tight chest muscles as I’m a hairstylist and love to workout at the gym. The skin sensitivity is still there and that drives me crazy. Hoping that will start to subside. I also am aware that my nipple is a little low on my mound. Hoping as they drop it will give the appearance of a higher nipple once the lower pole fills out.
