6.5 weeks po
It’s been a couple weeks since I’ve updated on here. I’m super happy with my boobs! For a while I couldn’t stop worrying about my right boob. I think I kept looking at them too much & taking pictures, that it was hard to notice them change. I saw my dr at 4 weeks & he told me to start massaging the right boob so it would start to catch up more with the left. I have been massaging them both but more so the right one.
They feel really good & feel apart of me too. I can’t wait to see what the next month brings. I’ve been cleared to workout & ride as well. That brought so much joy for me :)

2 & 4 wk comparison
Here’s a comparison. I can see a difference which makes me feel better. I talked with the drs office today & they have been more understanding with my concerns than a couple weeks back. So that makes me feel better. I tend to worry more often than not so they have put me at ease. Still advised to not massage which I was hoping I could start now but oh well. I’ll wait for my visit next week :)
4 weeks today - looking for opinions ladies
I’ve finally hit the 4 week mark. I have been back to doing this around the house & running errands for about 2 weeks now. My boobs feel good for the most part but I recently started getting a weird, sort of dull pain in my left boob if I take a deep breath, or for ex when I lift up out of bed. My right boob still hasn’t dropped fully & I’m a little worried. I’m not sure whether it’s just taking it’s time or if it’s capsular contracture. It felt really finally after 2.5 weeks but just a few days ago it started to get tight feeling when I drive around. I’ve been concerned about it for a few weeks & am disappointed with my drs office. I called them around my 2 week mark, hoping to talk to the dr for a few brief minutes but they basically screened me & wanted to answer my questions themselves. I understand my dr is very busy, but imo I paid my dr. Not them. So I called the other day to make my 4 week po appt. They stated I’d only need an appt if I wanted it. I’ve read so many girls on here who have multiple po appts & talk to their drs often, so I’m a little upset with the lack of aftercare. Sadly, I heard a few other girls who have been to the office & experienced the same as me. So I’ll have to mention that at my next visit. I’m hoping & praying things are ok but I’m definitely uneasy. I really am happy with my boobs at the same time. Just really don’t want to go through another surgery. It’s been really hard for me with the kids & how active I am. I’m going to post some 4 week pics. To me I can’t tell much of a difference in my right side. Maybe you girls can? Feel free to leave a comment with your opinion :)
