Mom of 1 Finally Decided to Do Something for Herself!
WORTH IT$6,310
I have never wanted to get a breast augmentation before i was a mom. My breasts were a small B, perky, and had a nice shape. I had many friends that had implants, and it didn't really appea to me at the time.
Fast forward i had my son in 2013 i was 29 years old, and i breast fed him for 6 months. I noticed that after i lost some fullness at the top and volume.
Now that he is older i felt it was finally the time for me to do something for myself. I decided on Dr.Z he was so sweet and to his time with my consultation. I didn't want to look high profile, unnatural, and i wanted a full C.
We decided on a 371CC moderate profile silicone gel implant.
I just had my surgery yesterday and I'm not going to lie it's painful right now, but I'm sure it will get better.
I'll share my pics along the way. As this site helped me to make decisions about my surgery.

Day 3
Day 3 has been the most painful day for me. Not sure why. I have been doing my arm exercises & walking. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I have also kept my breast band on the whole time. Except to share these pics. Had more bruising show up today.

You look incredible already! What I've read so far, Day 3 seems to be the worst as far as pain goes. Hopefully that'll start to get better in the next day or so. Would you mind sharing your pre-op height and weight? Happy healing!

Hi aww thank you so much ! That made my day because i feel like a bloated hot mess haha!
Yes Day 3 was rough!
My pre op weight was 128lbs and I'm 5' 6" i measured myself before surgery and i was 34 - 25- 36. I haven't gotten a chance to measure my bust after especially since I'm swollen and the recovery garments are bulky.
On Day 6 right now and feeling some better. I'll have my post op in two days and share some more pics.

Post Op Appointment Update! 1 Week After BA
Went to my Surgeon for my Post Op Checkup today! He said everything is healing perfectly. My breasts look so symmetrical I'm very pleased for how they look at just 1 week after surgery.
Can't wait to see how they look in a month or so !
I asked how long he thought i should wear the breast band, based on my healing. He said i didn't have to wear it anymore unless i wanted to.
My surgeon said that my right breast had already dropped and my left was starting to. He said my muscles relaxed quicker than most patients ;) which i was very happy to hear?
I'm a Hairstylist & a dance teacher/choreographer. So maybe because I'm usually so flexible and active?
Not sure but I'm happy!
He showed me how to do the massages to soften my implants. So I'm happy to start doing those.
Anyways, it was just nice to hear good feedback after a tough week of recovery :)
Here are some pics. You can see my left breast looks fuller up top still, but that will change. Even though they dropped at different times, they are still symmetrical.
I was worried that if one dropped first i would look so weird haha!

Thank you so much ( insert cry emoji) That means so much to me !!
Everything is getting way better as of yesterday. Today is day 9 and the pain is almost gone, my range of motion in my arms is getting better, feeling like i can do a bit more and not be so exhausted.
I definitely still have the shooting nerve pains here and there and just general sore. Although, the feeling of uncomfortable fullness in breasts is not as intense. Before they felt so full and heavy like i couldn't take a full breath.
They are starting to feel like they belong to me haha!
That might sound strange but at first they just feel very bizarre.
My incisions bother me against the bottom of the sports bra a bit, but i just use a small Gauze pad to cushion right there since i can't use the scar strips yet.
Also not sure if i mentioned this but my nipples never went numb. I have heard that happens to most women for awhile, but mine were normal since day 1.
I know it's a lot of details but i wanted to know all those details before my surgery.
Let me know if you have any other questions

You're so very welcome :) I'm glad to hear you're doing better! I've heard the nerve pain and shooting pains linger for awhile but hopefully that starts to subside for you soon. I've also read that it's not uncommon for your implants to not feel like 'you' for at least the first 3-4 weeks. That's so great you didn't lose any feeling in your nipples; I hope I'm as lucky! I'm a little nervous about the incision discomfort but hopefully the bras I got are comfortable enough that I won't have to worry too much. Work would be the only issue honestly because I have to move around so much. At least at home I can kind of adjust as needed lol! I hope your healing process continues to be smooth!
