Misleading Sales Tactics
Review for Mia Aesthetics
My experience with Mia Aesthetics has been incredibly frustrating due to their misleading sales tactics. They assured me I would receive gummy bear implants, which was a key factor in my decision to book with them. However, at my pre-op appointment the day before surgery, they presented outdated silicone implants and claimed they had never even carried gummy bear implants.
When I requested a refund due to their false advertising, they refused, citing the contract I had signed. The issue is that I signed under false pretenses based on their deception. I am currently in an ongoing dispute to get my money back.
To make matters worse, they record all phone calls, but when I attempted to record a call for my own records, they told me I wasn’t allowed to—only they could. When I asked why, the representative abruptly ended the call.
This company prioritizes closing sales over honesty and customer care. I strongly advise anyone considering Mia Aesthetics to be extremely cautious and verify everything before committing.
I will keep this review updated based on how Mia Aesthetics chooses to handle this situation and whether they review and refund my deposit.
