WORTH IT
Here is my 14 days post-op update!
I removed the scar tapes today and everything looks great so far. I still have no real pain, except when I accidentally activate my chest muscles. Other than that, I’m already doing almost everything on my own again.
There is honestly not much new compared to my 10 days post-op update, but I do feel like the implants are slowly starting to drop a little and most of the swelling is gone by now. I’m very excited to see how they will continue to change over the next weeks. Hopefully they won’t get much smaller because I really like the current size.
I also tried on some bikini tops and was actually able to fill out a solid B cup really well, which made me very happy:)
One thing that is still bothering me is the bloating. My stomach is still quite swollen and sometimes I genuinely look pregnant… Hopefully that will improve soon.

11 days post
10 days post op update
As promised, here is my update after removing the bandages. The photos are 10 days post-op.
I’m already very happy with the results so far and excited to see how they will continue to change during the drop and fluff process.
I’ve been advised to wear the Stuttgart belt for about 5–6 weeks to help the implants settle properly.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask:)

Hello everyone,
last Thursday I finally fulfilled my long-time dream of getting a breast augmentation with the goal of achieving a very natural result. I have always been on the smaller side, barely filling an A cup.
After doing a lot of research, I decided to go with Motiva Ergonomix 2 Joy Mini implants. I ended up with 250cc on the left and 260cc on the right. My surgeon made the final decision during the surgery (within a planned range of 220–260cc), and I fully trusted his judgment, as he is known for creating very natural results.
My goal is to end up with a full B or small C cup.
The incision was done around the areola, and the implants were placed under the muscle, as I don’t have much natural tissue to cover the implants.
My stats:
52 kg (114 lbs), 163 cm (5’3), breast width diameter 11 cm, 23 years old, no children.
The surgery went very smoothly, and I was able to go home about three hours after waking up from anesthesia. I only had pain for about two days, which was completely manageable with Ibuprofen.
By day 3, I already felt quite good and was able to walk around 9,000 steps a day without much pain, although I am still careful with my movements and try to use my arms as little as possible. Some movements are still a bit uncomfortable, but nothing severe.
So far, I haven’t noticed significant swelling.
Sleeping has actually been easier than expected. I found a setup that works really well for me: a low wedge pillow, a breastfeeding pillow, and a regular pillow on top. I do have some neck and upper back discomfort, but it is manageable.
Tomorrow is my first post-op check, and I will see my new breasts for the very first time. So far, I am still wearing a bandage and a compression bra, so I can only imagine how they look underneath.
I will definitely update you tomorrow once the bandage is removed and I can take pictures.
For now, I only have one before picture, which I will attach to this post. I don’t have any after pictures yet, but I will upload them as soon as possible.
Also, I’m from Germany, so please excuse my English – it’s not perfect:)
Feel free to ask any questions!
