4 week update
Sharing an update of the healing progress 4 weeks post op. Very smooth recovery process, finally able to get out of the surgical bra and into a real bra. Really happy with the results and feeling a lot more proportionate and natural.

Mini Boob Job - 250cc Mod+ to 170/190cc Low
I'm leaving this review in the hopes that it may help someone else in the future :)
After considering a BA for over a decade I finally decided to go for it in 2023. Two years later, after a lot of reflection, I'm going back for a revision and will be getting smaller implants. Definitely have some regrets about not sticking with my gut on size the first time, but feeling good about getting this done and picking the right size this time.
When I first decided to get implants, my goal was to get the smallest possible increase. Something low profile and super modest, the last thing I wanted was huge boobs. I didn't even want "big" boobs, just something that would fill out clothes better and make me feel a bit more feminine. I went for a couple consults and picked a surgeon, and was deciding between 175cc, 200, and 250cc.
The 250s immediately felt huge and I liked the 175s the best, but after hearing so much about boob greed I decided on the 200s. I really didn't want to have regrets over size and even though I knew I didn't want big implants I kept hearing about most people regretting going too small. Then I heard that the implants look even smaller once they're in, so at the last minute I decided to go for the 250s, the ones I originally felt were huge lol. I got 250 in the left, 275 in the right, mentor moderate plus, which ended up putting me at a 30 DDD when I was professionally measured.
For reference of it's helpful, my BWD is 11cm and my ribcage measured 29.5 inches.
Anyways, I've scheduled another surgery in less than 2 months with my original surgeon and will be downsizing to the smallest possible implants, which is what I wanted in the first place. My official sizing appointment
Is in a few weeks but I'm pretty set on 170-175 cc implants in the lowest possible profile.
I know how hard it is to find reviews for smaller implants and how challenging settling on a size can be, so again, hoping this might help someone in a similar position!
I'll share updated after pics once the next (and hopefully last for a while) surgery is complete.

Your story is nearly identical to mine! I’m getting my 275/300cc moderates down to 140/170cc low in a couple weeks! How did your surgery go?
Interesting thanks for sharing that
