Hi everyone!
Today is exactly my one year update, so as requested here are some pictures :)
Overall everything is doing great, but one thing I was not prepared for is the mental journey that comes with it. I find it very hard to accept these new boobies as mine, I keep looking at them in the mirror to find every little thing I don’t like about them, i al thinking about that all the time it’s becoming an obsession, so much that I am considering a revision. I am aware this might not fix the problem, i’ll always find something wrong I guess, and anyway it’s a lot of money i don’t currently have lol.
I find then too « pointy » and not as round as I would like (even tough I really really wanted a natural result, wich is what I got I guess ;), so my nipples appear very high on my chest, I am wondering if choosing round implants or a higher profile would have avoided that…we’ll see one day maybe.
Concerning the softness, it’s true, motiva ergonomix are very soft implants, they move with my body and look very natural. But because I have very little tissue to begin with, you can feel it’s silicone under there when you touch them and I sometimes have some rippling.
Anyway, good look to everyone going through this process, you can do this!

So lovely to see updates more than a few months after! You look great, very similar to the wish photos you had posted. The shape is super natural. I wouldn't fix what is not broken if I were you (but I am not)

I agree with kkarine. Also I can't see any imperfection about your breasts. They are great like that.

Honestly I think you look amazing and have saved some of your pics to show my doc. Not too big not too small and perfect shape!! Enjoy them! :)

I thought I should add a before and after from the side profile so you can see the shape of them a little better, they are far from being full and round but this is exactly the kind of results I wanted, very natural.

You look definitely awesome and natural. Just curious, are you European or American? You said you were 5 '8, but that's not 178 cm (which 5'10). That's only 173cm. Can you please clarify?

Hello Lau! I love your results, I have same stats as you, having BA in 4 weeks, and has shown my surgeon your pictures as of what Im hoping for:) so thank you so so much for sharing your journey, has helped a lot to make the right decision!:)How are you feeling about them now? I got same high, and same weight with little breast tissue, but I'm so worry at the same time that I won't like it once I wear my clothes, as I never had anything at all. Are you happy with the size now? Do they feel big?

Hey Elena, I am very glad I could help you with this journey! First, good luck for the whole process, it's not easy and can be overwhelming for sure...I remember overthinking it so much, thinking about the size etc, it's all normal, such a big decision after all. Do you already know what size and implants you are going for?
Concerning my boobs, they absolutely don't look too big, I was afraid about that because I absolutely didn't want anyone to notice it, but I can tell you, no one noticed, they are like the boobs I was just supposed to have, they look super natural, with a natural slope. When I am dressed it looks just like before (I used to wear bras that were a bit too big for me, I can still put most of them now, so nothing changes from the outside). I sometimes wonder if I should have chosen bigger ones, but in the end I think going for small natural ones is the best option, less likely to regret it this way, I would do it just the same if I had to. The only situation where you can notice they are fake is when I am on my back, because I have no breast tissue you can see the round shape of the implant, but except from my boyfriend no one sees me like that haha. I also have to add that I am have a little bit of rippling on the inner side of my right breast because no breast tissue or fat to hide the implant, it appeared maybe 3-4 months after my BA, when all swelling was gone, but it's very light, you can feel it more than you can see it so it's not a big issue to me.

Hello Lau!:) thank you so much for your reply and taking the time to answer. BA is happening in 3 weeks from now, next week I will have my second consultation to decided on the final size but still very insecure about it! As you said I think I'm overthinking it way to much of what it actually is, as the sizes that im in between are 220cc and 245cc, I was hoping to going smaller but since my base width is 11.5, (the one of 245cc is same base width) I don't know what to do. Some reviews and pictures from surgeons I have been following always chose the implant base on the base, as u mentioned too, some others recommended to go a bit smaller from your base to get the subtle and natural result. My main concern of all is that I've never had breast, just that tiny bit that could feel up a shot glass xD, always wearing bigger bras with push ups with nothing whatsoever to push. And I'm worried it will look very big on the upper body, as Im 1,79 cm tall, currently weight is 60kg, so always been on the slim side with wide shoulders, and I want to be able to dress all clothes I have from before without feeling uncomfortable as I never like to reveal too much of my body. But since we are very tall aswell I ve have read too this type of implant won't look big at all!...What a mess of thoughts I have on my head Lau!
One thing I forgot to ask you, how do you feel them now in terms of size? Some girls said they shrank a bit after 6 months, some others they say with the "drop and fluff" they became actually bigger, how was it for you? Also, would you be able to post a picture of how they look now? Even if it's just on clothes?

Some pictures of what it looks like 3 months post op.
What a journey, accepting your new body hasn’t been easy to me, I have some ups and downs, some days I kind of regret doing it, some other days I a very happy with them. Overall I am happy with the natural result, except with the scars but they are finally getting a little better every day.

My breast right now looks exactly like yours before surgery, literally no breast tissue to start with after breast feeding two kids.
I‘m going to have my BA in December and am still struggling to decide between the ergonomix mini 185 and 205 cc.
I am very afraid of the breasts looking unnatural, but I would so regret if they were to small in the end.
I think if your breast drops und fluffs a little more over the next couple of weeks they will be really, really pretty. They already are, and if mine turn out to be like that in the end I would be very happy.
Would you tell me if the implant ist dual plane/over/under the muscle and what Bra Size you wear now after surgery?

Hey Acy! I totally get you, I was struggling to chose between 185cc and 205cc, I felt like this would make the biggest difference but I think this is not that big of a choice, the difference between the two sizes is so small so don't overthink it! I am really glad I went with the 205cc tough, they really aren't big (I am big B cup now, I was a A before) and they look very natural. I didnt post a side profile picture but they have a very natural teardrop shape, no upper fulness, mini profile is the best .No one could guess they are fake just by looking at them. They just don't feel 100% percent natural but they are still soft and squishy. But most importantly they move with my body like natural breast. Motiva ergonomix are a very great choice!
My surgeon placed my implants in a dual plane position.

These posts have been so helpful and your boobs look amazing! I have the same boobs as you pre-op and breast width 11cm. The surgeon I went to didn’t really take my opinion on getting a smaller size outcome like this seriosily (I guess he assumes everyone wants big?). What you have achieved is exactly what I want but my doctor recommended Demi 245cc!! so I’m gonna try someone else and hope they listen to me wanting smaller… urgh x

Hi there, just wanted to write you when I saw your comment here. I was at the same situation but decided to listen my intuition and ended up getting smallest I could, for me it was 220 mini. First I was recommended to go with 260 Demi..
I think the result is beautiful and fits your body well. I don't find them too pointy, on the contrary, the projection is perfect, because less than that would be no projection at all. Also, you wouldn t have gotten less projection with any other implant.
Your result is your natural breasts+ more fullness and projection as if they would have grown naturally, so if you wanted this, I wouldn't consider a revision.
Before considering it, think about your initial breasts, of the reason why you where unhappy with them, and then conpare them with your breasts now, anf you will see that now it's much better.
Also I wanted to add that at my consultation, i talked about the demi ergonomix. And for breasts like ours, with more fullness in the lower pole, the demi ergonomix which has more projection than mini ergonomix would accentuate the lower pole, add to the projection and elevate the nipple even more.
