I have always been small-chested but got a taste of what larger, fuller breasts would feel like while nursing my daughter. After nursing, they of course returned to their small size... not sure what was more deflated - my breasts or my spirit.
I want only a very subtle boost so I can fill out my bras and bikinis, and stop worrying about whether or not my padding is adjusted properly. I'm very active and think I would have a difficult time going big.
I've found this site to be incredibly helpful while researching a BA, though I've found very few reviews around smaller implants. Hoping that my experience may be helpful to others as well!

They look amazing! Do you know our bwd, height, weight and preop bra size? I love your results but was planning on 325cc (I have very very little breast tissue) but now I'm worried that will be too big! I'm wanting a full B cup. Yours turned out amazing!! So happy for yo

Hi DaniH26! Thanks for the nice comment. I'm really thrilled with how they turned out. Let's see... I don't know what bwd is... sorry! But I'm 130lbs and 5'9". My preop bra size was an A or small B (honestly, I'm just a big sports bra fan) and I now fill out my old B bras... didn't have to buy new ones. Oh, and I still wear a small sports bra too (in case you're interested.) I know that different sizes look different on every body type, but I think 325cc (~75% larger) would have been too big for me. I just wanted a subtle boost and was terrified of going big. I've had no regrets with the sizing. I had a hard time finding reviews with smaller implants... hopefully mine is helpful for your decision making process!

Thank you for this review!

You're very welcome! I keep meaning to update my review, but am officially out of the phase of obsessing about breasts now that they just feel like part of me, so I keep forgetting :)

I had 275cc saline implants for 10 years that lasted through 3 babies and breastfeeding. It was a constant strain on my muscles. They looked unnatural and I finally decided to get rid of them a year ago. I'm 5'7", very active, 135lbs, and never had breast tissue so fat transfers weren't an option. On my journey to find people who've had 200cc or less, or even a low profile implant, it has been near impossible. I'm so thankful I found your journey and pictures! I've been trying to describe to my plastic surgeon's team what I want and they have all been dumbfounded haha. I found your pics and journey on here and now I have something to take to them to better explain my goals! I hope you are still loving them, you look fantastic!! Thank you for sharing this with us! It's been such an encouragement!

Oh, this comment makes me so happy! It sounds like you have a really similar frame and goals as me. I'm glad my review has been helpful for you in the decision-making process. I still love them and have zero regrets. In fact, I was just on a tropical vacation where I was in a bathing suit often... my friends who didn't know about my BA were surprised to find out they weren't natural. It's been exactly the subtle boost that I wanted! Good luck!

Thank you so much! It is SO HARD to find reviews and posts on small implants. Your posts and pics are SO helpful! Did you have to have drains post op?? I’m 42 years old 5’4” 125lbs size A in a target’s Auden icon bra (i used to be as B before breastfeeding) I’m ok with the size of my breasts, but have breastfed 5 children and have lost so much elasticity. I’d like to fill out the skin, so that when i lie down they don’t sink into themselves like deflated balloons. I’m considering sientra’s 190cc low profiles —against the wishes of the coordinators at the surgery center. They want the 210cc moderate profile. But I don’t like the way big breasts look on me. I’m too small for big breasts. I think your results are PERFECT! I know my results will be different . I am starting out with more tissue than you, and more elasticity. But I’d rather be left with SOME of my elasticity than have breasts that are a lot bigger. I just don’t think I’d be comfortable with any more than 190cc’s added to my already A cup breasts. If that makes sense.

Hi BMH... thanks for this comment. I didn't have drains for my procedure. Funny, my doc also wanted me to go with the 210 moderate profile and I just couldn't wrap my head around going above 200cc. Landed on the 190 and I've been really happy with them, though, I think I would have been thrilled with the 210 moderate if I could have mentally gotten there. Good luck with your journey! Sounds like it's very similar to mine. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Before photos

Here are a few before photos. Really struggled mentally with all of this. I haven’t told my parents since I know they would never understand, and my sister broke down in tears when I told her I was considering it. I’ve had to remind myself so many times that it’s my body and my decision.

Oh man! Yeah the mental toll of fearing our loved ones are disappointed in us or even thinking that we're going "plastic" because we "don't truly love ourselves" can be so disheartening. At the end of the day, we're all adults and as long as we feel content with our INTENT, that's all that should matter. (Of course, easier said than done lol) How se you feeling these days? Are you happy with your size? I don't think I've ever seen less than 200CCs but your results look great. I hope you're satisfied and feeling even more confident! :)

Yes... You articulated the sentiment of the family dynamic perfectly! Feeling pretty good about 5 days in. Still slightly sore, but moving around well, and finally feeling the bloating subside (honestly, I could have passed for 6 months pregnant two days ago.) And I'm tickled with the size too... I knew I wanted just a very small boost from the get-go, and these actually feel much bigger than what I was expecting. I know they'll change a lot in the coming weeks and months, so I'll keep you posted!

Surgery Complete!

twiggygirl1313
Surgery day was 8/14/20. All went well! I checked in, changed, and met with the nurse, anesthesiologist, and my ps. They were all so warm and friendly, and made me feel at ease for the big day. I was awake before I knew it and didn’t seem to have any adverse reactions to the general. No pain, just pressure. Working on light stretches.
