I have my 4 month check up next Wednesday and wanted to drop a review since it’s been a while. Nothing has really changed since the last one! They’re dropping nicely, looks like they’re about done dropping and fluffing.
They are absolutely perfect for my frame, I wouldn’t change a single thing about them! I’ve started using silicone scar sheets on my incision scars because ever since I had that weird reaction to Mederma scar gel, I haven’t been putting anything on them and they’ve gotten pretty red and raised.

I'd say I'm a full C! I haven't purchased any bras yet, I'm still hanging out in sports bras

What happened with the mederma scar gel? I started using it after I finished the one given to me from my doctor. My scar is healed but still has pigmentation, it’s reddish brown. So we started doing a laser treatment on it every 3 weeks. But I’m just wondering what your experience was with that scar gel, I’m thinking about stopping it

So I was using Mederma scar gel for a couple of weeks, twice a day on my incisions and I started feeling itchy on my mid back and rib cage (like my above my waist and below my breasts on my sides). Didn't really think anything of it and kept using it 2x a day. Then one night I just couldn't sleep and was itching SO bad so I went to the bathroom to see what was going on. I had hundreds of tiny little bumps all over my torso, mostly on my sides where I felt the itchiness. They weren't red or anything, just little raised bumps everywhere that itched like crazy. Stopped using Mederma that day and it went away in about a day or 2! After that, I didn't put anything on my incisions at all until recently.

Jiggle Update

raleigh_bewbs
As requested, here are a few update pictures and a jiggle update! This is post workout. Also just realized today that doing high knees or any intense jumping is so difficult. They really do get in the way!!! But it’s fine, just inconvenient.
In that light, they do look pretty big but lately I’ve been feeling that they’re too small! I guess it’s the dreaded Boob Greed. Now that they’ve dropped and fluffed a bit, they look smaller to me. My fiancé disagrees and says they’re the perfect size for my frame so idk maybe I’m just being crazy.

They look fabulous!!! I’m also having boob greed and my boyfriend tells me he thinks they’re perfect and he wouldn’t want them any bigger!! But next time.. I’m going a little bigger lol

what size did you get, and what size would you now go for?

thanks for the update .

Your results look so natural and fit your gram amazing! That waist is snatched too!!! I love your frame! I feel you on the boob greed too. Once the swelling and stuff goes down they look more natural but they definitely get smaller in my opinion. Regardless girl you look great! I'm so happy that you're loving your new additions. And that bralet you got from Target is SUPER cute!

3 Months Post Op

raleigh_bewbs
Man I really fell off with these updates lol. This Thursday (9/17) will be 12 weeks post op. It feels like it’s been way longer than that but at the same time I can’t believe it’s been that long! Kinda crazy but it’s hard to remember what it was like having small boobs. Definitely don’t miss them lol.
Some things I’ve noticed over the past few weeks are: when I jump up and down, they bounce (finally!); it’s getting easier to sleep on my side and sometimes I even sleep borderline on my stomach (the most annoying thing is just that they get in the way!!); I have no pain or electrical sensations anymore; full range of motion in my arms; they’re pretty much fully dropped but I’m sure they will keep changing over the next few months.
I just have this one pic as an update but I’ll add more in the next couple of weeks.

Hi! Do you know what size bra this has put you at? I have surgery in 2 weeks and we have similar build (5'8 130) as of right now we have chosen a little bigger size than you but yours look great! Right now I'm a 32A was looking at 550 and 600

Thanks so much! And actually I don't know. I went to Target about a month ago to try on bras but the fitting rooms were closed because of COVID. I kinda just forgot after that and stuck with my training bras. So, still an unknown bra size!

Just been reading your story. It has a the most relatable one I have come across on this site. You don't know how much its appreciated that you have shared your journey. I really do wish you would post more often. You personable and just like many others have said they could easily step into your shoes. Love all the pics( yes you look fab) just wishing you would do a close up squish video again to compare to the short ones you took before. Was wondering what your BWD was? Wondering what your thoughts were why you chose the size you did? How many docs you consulted with? Or was it as soon as you met your doc, you just knew he was the one. There is so many factors into consideration. I've done the rice test, and im looking at 550cc or 600, just to balance me out. Thanks in advance.

Wow thank you so much! I am SO glad you and other people have benefited from my updates. I will do my best to update more often. I can post a squish video later tonight or tomorrow for sure! I'm actually not sure what my BWD was, I didn't know what that was before my surgery so I never asked my surgeon. I ended up going with the size I did because I told my surgeon that my biggest fear was getting implants that looked like hamburger buns on my chest. Like the ones that are very obviously fake and round in the cleavage area. And I will admit when he first recommended 440 and 465CC I was skeptical because I thought that was huge but he explained that in order to avoid wide cleavage lines, you need a bigger implant that will fill that space. I only consulted with 1 doc and knew he was the one! It was a perfect fit. Now that I am dropping and fluffing I have the infamous Boob Greed and wonder if I should've gone bigger but my fiancé disagrees and thinks they are the perfect size. So we'll see. I hope you find your perfect fit! If you want, feel free to message me with any questions or if you just want to talk!
