Mi Terrible Historia

This has been the worst experience of my life!
My surgery with Dr. Marcelo Ghersi has been a nightmare; and I can not stop crying while writing these lines... I was supposed to get married this December 2017, and I postponed due to all the inconvenience, pain, and bad outcomes of this surgery.
I paid him $9,000 for a breast implant exchange, liposuction level 1, and liposuction that he recommended me to do on my neck. Well, the three surgeries were unsuccessful. Firstly, my left breast is completely deformed, and is causing extreme discomfort and pain. Secondly, I cannot straighten my neck for if I do so it causes an agrevating pain, I have also had to quit doing Yoga, and I have lumps all over my neck. Lastly, the inner and outer thigh lipo didn't have any results, and after 6 months I only have ugly scars, lumps, and bruises.
Date of surgery 06/28/17 at 11am. I arrived at 10am with my stomach empty as they told me to do. As soon as I arrived, the Patient Cordinator Keidy told me that they have an emergency with another patient and that I need to wait. Well, they ended up moving my surgery 3 hours later without previous notice, and putting on my time surgery schedule onto another persons, so I ended up going into the operating room at 2pm.
Dr. Ghersi and his assistant named Keidy lied to me. They both told me that my surgery would last 2 hours and 30 minutes because it was a time consuming surgery. Then, the nurse who helped me recover after the surgery told me that my surgery lasted 50 minutes. How is it possible that my surgery only lasted 50 minutes? Such a minimum amount of time! Well, the answer is obviously clear with all the evidence and the bad outcomes that I have already explained. Time was not enough for my surgery; and my surgery was neglected by Dr. Ghersi. Also, my two family members who where waiting for me outside got impressed of how quickly the surgery had finished.
Further more, on my second week of post operatory surgery, the person who removed my stitches was Clara Martinez the "ESTHETICIAN" it was not Dr. Ghersi or a nurse. Then, I realized that I was in the wrong place with the wrong people.
Dr. Ghersi, Admited that my surgery was unsuccessful, yet called himself " Eminence" with a prepotent attitude. Also, he offered a revision surgery, and I only need to pay the anestesia. I can't do another surgery with Dr. Gersi. I have seen enough negligence in his office to go and risk my life again. This surgery cost me more than money!! My health isn't the same, I have phobias, my entire life changed, I postponed my wedding, my whole summer wasted trying to recuperate from pain, scars and without being able to work.
Finally, I had to remove my implants because I was in so much pain, apparently my breast pockets was deformed. He ruins my breast, and now I have to deal with this and all of the expenses I have in order to fix it.
Nobody deserves to go through everything that I had to undergo, or to be used as a money tool.
