Brand new bikini! Photos are from today. To say I love them would be an understatement. Every bikini I buy now fits me when before I'd have to go through 15 bikinis just to find a single one that fit my chest.
I didn't want to write this until they dropped and I was sure. But I feel like I got a tiny upper stomach lift from my breast augmentation since my chest was so tight and breasts so small. I don't know how that would work but my stomach above my belly button got tighter and smoother after. Or possibly it's just the illusion from having bigger breasts that my stomach looks better after pregnancies. Who knows but I am so thankful for this surgery.

I am now over a year post op for my breast augmentation. My results are still amazing and I love everything about my new boobs. They have softened up so much. I would say around 7 months is when they really settled and softened completely. My final bra size is a 32D, at times 32DD. This was the size I was aiming for. I'm so glad I chose a doctor that paid attention to my body size and shape as well as my BWD (breast width diameter). My results look more natural and fit my body type how I wanted the results to be. All my clothing fits me better as well as swimsuits. No more getting discouraged when trying on bras and bikini tops! They are the perfect size to where I can dress them up with a underwire bra or push up bra. Or I can dress them down by just wearing a sports bra or a bralette. Overall I just absolutely love them.

Here is a before and after side by side. It's crazy for me to see the huge difference, not only just the size but also my nipples. So, I wanted to share it for anyone else unsure on if they should get their breast augmentation done. My nipples were a huge insecurity for me after breastfeeding 5 children, but now i love them.
I have had a few requests for a softness/squish video. I may do that at my 3 month mark.
My before photo you can see that my left breast was slightly higher than my right. As weeks go by they are getting closer and closer to even. I believe this was because my right breast was preferred by all my children while breastfeeding so it was always slightly larger than the left. I'm just happy they are so even now.

I have very similar stats to you and am really struggling between 250 and 275 cc HP. My surgeon wants me to go no smaller than 275 but on me I felt the sizers completely overwhelmed my frame (you can see pics on my review).
Your results are gorgeous! I think it would be perfect for me but one size smaller. Really curious to see your before pictures if you happen to share them.
It’s so hard to find experiences of gals our size, and especially who have breastfed multiple kiddos! I’ve BFed 4! Anyway thanks for sharing your journey!

For me the sizers looked bigger than the result I ended up with. If you're doing under the muscle the implants will end up slightly smaller. Atleast that's my experience. I had alot more photos up of my before and results but someone started posting my review link on my public instagram so i took down the photos that fully showed the results.
For my consult I ended up deciding between 250 hp and 275 hp. I told the doctor i decided on 250cc at the appointment. I then called the next day and switched to 275cc. For me I'm glad I did. I think if the doctor says you'll need an additional surgery for small I'd go with the 275cc. Have you asked about maybe using moderate plus profile instead of high?

They kept telling me they’ll look smaller under the muscle, which I fully understand. But it’s so incredibly far off from my goals (like I’d want to look HALF the size of the sizers) that I don’t think it’s going to shrink enough to look how I want to look.
I did try on mod plus and they were so wide on me (like sticking WAY out to my biceps) that I didn’t even take pics with them on.
I wish they’d had 250 hp sizers for me to try but they just don’t have patients going this small so I really think they don’t understand my goals, since my body type and goals aren’t like their typical patients. I feel like they are trying to make me go bigger because they think that must be what I really want- but it’s not.

Yeah I couldnt do the moderate plus either because of the width. Ultimately you can tell them the size you want and that's all you want. Did you consult with any other doctors?
