Not sure why these didn’t post with my last update so I’ll try again.
They have dropped and softened significantly. My left has always been more round and my right is a little softer, lower. I started out with some asymmetry with my right having a little more tissue then the left. Like my doctor says though they are sisters not twins. He did such a great job with giving me cleavage though which he is he would do!

Have some stretch marks but not sure they’re new or from nursing. They have dropped very well by this time. Four months post op pictures here. My left is much more round then my right I think I started out with some asymmetry with my right having a little more tissue.
