After years of wanting to have a breast augmentation, my experience with Dr. Messa has been extraordinary. I’m glad I waited long enough to choose the right place, and I assure you that this was it.

Many of my friends had the same procedure done elsewhere (not in the US) and there experience was nothing compared to mine. There results and post op were not as great either. They were in bed rest for much longer and had drainages put on that had to be taken the next day.

I had a mastopexy breast augmentation with 275cc implant. Scared, but sure of what I wanted, Dr. Messa understood and explained what was best for my body. Conservative and understanding of you body type and figure. He’s gentle, funny, and explains everything in great detail. He knows what´s best for you and what will make you look and feel amazing.

A couple days after surgery, I was already feeling as normal. I was moving comfortably, feeling active, showering alone, no pain and never experienced external bleeding. Of course, you do experience some sort of discomfort because your body is getting used to something new. It varies from stitch itching, sensibility, and hardness, but as time goes by, they feel more natural and discomfort decreases. Three and a half weeks have gone by and I’m already sleeping on my side, moving my arms freely and allowed to use bras without hard wires. I was even allowed to go to the beach, as long as I took good care of stitches and used sun screen.

Every post op consultation has also been a good experience, despite having to be extra cautions due to Covid. You have to attend appointments on your own, which was not ideal for me because I wanted my mom meet the doctor beforehand, know what was being done, etc. Nonetheless, she was able to be there with me as soon as I got out of surgery.

I’m excited to see the end results in a few months, or perhaps years. But so far, I’m super happy and feeling 100 percent more confident.
