Words can’t express the gratitude that I have for the results

It’s been 6 weeks since my full mommy makeover with Dr. Louis Macias and I couldn’t be more happy. As each day passes my body looks more and more like I was born with it verses this woman just had surgery. In fact, I just received my first compliment from a stranger(a really attractive man younger than me) who complimented me on my beauty and how perfect my body looks. When this happened, I smiled and told him that it was thanks to Dr. Macias in Marina Del Ray:) He was shocked and told me that he thought that I was 100 percent natural and I told him that’s why I went to see Dr Macias because he specializes in natural looking results. I told him that only my husband(the man of my dreams:) and I know that I had surgery unless I tell them:)
Dr. Macias and his staff continue to amaze me too. I have visited them quite a bit in the last few weeks. My daughter and my son have both received skin care from Janine and Mona. I was able to get lip filler and dyspot from Mona(and training and education matter when it comes to fillers). I even treated myself to Jackie Macias (Dr. Macias wife) skincare line Jaques. Since then, my skin has never looked better and it even radiates with health now. Yesterday, I treated myself to micro blading by Rachel and she did a fantastic job at making my eyebrows look stunning and my eyes pop now because of her keen eye.
Dr. Macias, himself, has taken very good care of me and has been carefully watching my progress as we go along to make sure that my results are nothing less than stellar. I couldn’t be more thrilled that I made the choice to go to Dr. Macias/aesthetic mdr. I have never felt better.

There are a handful of doctors who advertise
specifically for vaginal makeovers(not the wand treatment but the actual surgery) in Los Angeles. Trust me when I say that I researched and evenconsulted with one of them. Part of my journey in this wonderful mommy makeover was to correct the effects of childbirth as I have had five children.

Originally, I was just going to go to Dr. Macias for lipo, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, and bbl but Kimberley mentioned that he was very skilled at vaginal makeovers as well. When I showed my husband pictures of vaginal makeovers done by a doctor that came highly recommended, he questioned my judgement. He asked me if I was
certain this doctor was the right one for me as it seemed like he cut too much off the labia. After being quoted a very fair (almost too fair for the patient) price for Dr. Macias work, I decided to get a quote for the vaginal makeover too. Dr. Macias was only 500 more than the other surgeon and his work looked so much better.

Being that I was already going to be under
anesthesia, I went with my gut and added the
complete vaginal makeover(including clitorial
hood reduction, vaginalplasty, and labiaplasty) to my surgery date. I couldn't be more happy with the results. I look completely natural and my lady bits haven't been this way since BEFORE I had children. My husband has been talking about this
surgery for almost two decades and both of us couldn't be more happy. Shane even said that he felt that Dr. Macias deserved more flowers sent to his office:)

Hi everyone! I wanted to post a pic of me almost 3 weeks post op. I am still sore all over but am really excited about the changes I have been seeing and how each day things are a little tighter and a little less swollen. I can’t tell you how happy I am that Dr. Macias preforms Drainless tummy tucks! Although there have been some uncomfortable times, like when our cat used my stomach as a spot to launch himself off the bed, I can’t imagine what the hassle and additional pain it would be to lug around drains everywhere.

While I can’t speak for every doctor patient relationship, I am so so happy that I listened to Dr. Macias. Let’s just say that I was born with a naturally full behind and during my bbl consult, he reminded me that I already had been gifted in that area. Instead, he used the fat he grafted to shape my butt instead of adding volume. I am so glad that I listened because anything more would have been ridiculous! When the fat does drop and finally shape my backside, I will be sure to post the before and after pics:)

His office has been responsive and caring every step of the way! I am so glad that I listened to my instincts and went with his office!
