Hello everyone! I’m sorry it took me so long to update for you lovely ladies wanting to see them after the revision! I did have the revision to have the right one lowered. He said it wasn’t CC. It was a simple surgery! He just went in and dissected the pocket more. It was not at all as painful as the original surgery either! I love the right one now! BUT I still feel the left one is to low. My surgeon said he wants me to be happy with them and he will go in and raise the left one if that’s really what I want. Since then though my life turned into chaos and I haven’t had the time or funds to have it raised sadly. As soon as my life settles and I get my funds back up I will go back in to have it raised.

What size implants did you go with? Thanks for the update!

I wish you the best of luck in your next revision and fingers crossed you finally get your desired outcome!! I read your previous post about feeling bad spending the money on you but please don't!! You deserve to look good in the way you want and treat yourself!! :)

You already look incredible from here, but I understand the quest to get exactly what you want! Beautiful results.

I actually really love your left! The slight assymetry makes it seem like they are natural, I think they look great!

Have another appointment beginning of next month for a new surgery date

Hello everyone! Sooo sadly my right one has not dropped down as I had hoped it would :( it has came down alot though. I go back the beginning of next month and my surgeon said we will remeasure me and I can decide then if I want to go back under the knife or not, which I do! In a bra you can't tell they are uneven it's only when I'm naked. So I still flaunt them with no issues lol. I will post updates after my corrective surgery for anyone with the same issue as me. I know when I came to this site I couldn't find hardly any other girls like me.
My stats are 5'8', 110 pounds, started with a deflated saggy a and went to 535ccs high profile sientra silicone implants :)

Hope everything goes well for you. I would recommend buying one of those straps that you put over your bust to help force the implants to drop. Saved a few lady friends of mine who have had theirs done.

Thank you :) I actually already have a strap. But i never used it because my left one was dropping so much I feared it would make the left one drop even more.i saw my surgeon yesterday and he said my issue is actually the left one, it has dropped down past where it was supose to. But since it is easier to move one down then one up we went with just dropping the right one down to match the left.

You can properly place the strap on one side only. Lots of ladies have done that when this happens.
August 4, 2021
Hi where do you purchase the strap ? and do you have to pay for your second surgery ?
User Avatar

I do have to pay for my second surgery. My surgeon is not charging me thankfully but I do have to pay the OR fee and the anesthesiologist fee. When I went to my consultation I had signed paperwork that my surgery outcome was not 100% guaranteed so the fact that my surgeon isn't charging me is a nice thing on his part. He didn't have to do that. I had bought my strap online off Amazon before I had my surgery. I never actually used it though

That's good that you don't have to pay you shouldn't anyway I'm having a revision done on August 20 I'll email my doctor and asked him if I should get the strap and he said none of his patients have ever had a problem for me to rest a sure they will be even I'll let you know how I make out even though yours are not the same size they still look beautiful good luck with your surgery post pictures please !

Thank you :) I hope yours goes well also! The strap to me is scary. Its gonna put pressure on the other one no matter which way you wear it so to me it seems counter productive. I'll post pics :)

How are they looking now? Thanks :-)

I’m curious how they have been after the second surgery? Did he tell you you had capsular contracture and why it happened?

I Don't Think my Right One is Ever Going to Drop :(

User Avatar

Let me start by saying I loved my experience with my surgeon and all his staff! I had wanted breast implants for 10 years and after my last child (4 total) I finally decided to go ahead and have it done. My breast had lost all their volume and I hated them. I went with 535ccs high profile silicone. My surgeon did caution me that I was going pretty big but I had boob greed and wanted big. My surgery went great but as soon as I woke up I realized my right one was way higher than the left one. I am now 3 weeks post op and my right one is still way higher than the left one. To me its super round at the top of the breast and not as wide or big at the bottom of it. Its weird shaped. At my 1 week post op appointment my surgeon also pointed out how the right one was way higher but told me to give it time for everything to relax and drop down. He also gave me massages to do to help it along. To me nothing is changing with the right one. Now I'm becoming scared that its never gonna drop and I'm going to have to have a revision. I already felt guilty for spending $6000 on myself when that money could of went towards stuff for my family. Now all I can think about is how much more its gonna cost me if I need a revision :(

Please be patient, it’s going to drop and fluff! When you get your first BA, I believe the muscle is so stiff and not easily able to stretch. After you’ve had your next BA, you’re going to see that they drop more quickly. You can ask your surgeon for a band to wear around the top of your implants to help them drop, it may really help this along.

Thank you! I see my surgeon again in a couple weeks and ill talk to him about a band

Your right one will drop! I was in the same boat. Looked exactly like you. My right one took so long, it has finally started to drop now and I am 11 weeks post op. You have a beautiful result and it's only going to get better. Happy healing!

Thank you :) I think I really scared myself after coming on this website and looking at other results. I hadn't seen any that looked like mine but a few and the few I did see had to have revisions

No worries! I know right now it seems like it will never drop but I promise it will! It takes for some close to 3 months sometimes. You're muscle is so tight right now and you also have to remember your muscle is almost like in shock lol it'll get better. Congratulations you're going to love them!!!
