WORTH IT
I have wanted a boob job since being a teenager. All of the women in my family are larger breasted, and I was always the CEO of the itty bitty committee. After having my second child in 2018, I have finally reached my weight goal of 145. I wanted to be this weight to schedule my procedure as I didnt want to have more weight to lose after getting new boobs. I worked for surgical services at the main hospital my surgeon performs at. In my years working there I learned to know how his procedures ended and all things in between. I chose Hollins to do my surgery because of his work ethic and his expertise. Upon meeting him outside of the OR, he was very honest about my current breast shape and anatomy. I would choose a larger implant as I have lost volume “up top”. I hope to have a nice full, “fake boob” look but more on the softer side. I have high hopes of achieving that “did she or didn’t she” look with my implants. Currently, I weigh 145, and 5’2 and have had two children in which I breast fed both. I am torn between 500-580cc ultra high profile implants. I don’t want to regret not getting bigger, but I am concerned of not getting big enough and being disappointed LOL

Bigger is better is my motto with boobies. I had implants around 10 years ago and wished I had gone bigger. Show those boobies off this summer. Yeahhh

Yes! I’m leaving more towards the middle with 550cc and think that would fill out the volume I’ve lost. My pre op consult in April 26th and I’m excited to talk sizes with him one more time. This has been legit a 2 year process for me so I’ve had a lot of research and input from reviews I’ve read and heard from people I know. Trying to achieve a look without having to get a lift, so that’s why I’m so split on size!

I also breast fed my kids and my boobs were BAD. My ps opted for just implants without a lift. My "girls" are quite perky and sexy now. I'm happy with her decision on No lift!!

I just had my surgery done with 485 & 520cc (I had some asymmetry and started as a small B) and wanted to achieve a similar look as you. I'm only 2 weeks post op but I'm definitely happy I chose the larger size so far! I think you'll be happy with going bigger too!

Getting nervous and anxious- pre op is in a couple days!

My pre op is scheduled for Monday the 26th! I’m over the moon excited, BUT getting more nervous and anxious as the dates get closer. I have wanted this procedure for so long and I cannot believe it’s almost my time! I am deciding either on 580cc or 565cc SRX ultra high profile implants- depending on what Dr Hollins thinks at my pre op appointment. My surgery is scheduled for MAY 11th, so I’m just a couple of weeks! I have a couple of appointments coming up to keep me busy until the time comes. I’ll know what time my procedure is scheduled for the day before surgery. Will update after my pre op! ????

10/10 surprised on recovery!

thauger613
Surgery was Tuesday the 11th- went in with 580cc implants- Natrelle srx implant. They are sitting slightly high which is to be expected; however I imagined being much more swollen than this!
My doctor does not prescribe pain meds to patients for this procedure- he used a nerve relaxing medication called gabapentin. It’s curbed the pain I’ve had this far to be able to tolerate it and not feel much- walking around and moving around just fine.
I do have to add that upon waking up in recovery after my surgery, my nurse pulled the blanket down so I could take a peek at them and I instantly started crying- the quiet little tears. I have waited so long for this to happen for me and I am SO happy with everything from start to finish.
