Perfect Breasts
In November 2021 I had the pleasure of having a breast augmentation and lipo 360 done by Dr. Tran at Professional Plastic Surgery clinic in Miami, FL. She was nothing but kind and answered any and all of my questions with the best intentions. I went into the consultation not completely sure of what size/cc or type of implants to get, I just asked that I wanted something natural. So she was perfect to suggest 300cc silicone implants for me. I was originally a size 34A and now I am a 34C.
The liposuction 360 she performed also turned out wonderfully! The focus was on fat from my lower belly and lower back, where I naturally stored a little bit of extra weight. What made her work exceptional was that she didn't remove too much fat, which would have made the results look unnatural. My belly button did appear a little unusual the first month after the procedure, but after all of the swelling went away, it returned to nearly its original shape and appearance, minus the tiny scar inside from a suture.
Since my shoulders are naturally wide and I tend to store fat in the upper areas of my body, I did have a small bit of lipo on the back of my upper arms. The results were minor (as I expected) and are probably not noticeable to other people, but I think they turned out wonderful.
During the consultation, she suggested to take a tiny bit of the fat from all the lipo procedures and tuck it into my hipdips to even out the appearance alongside the belly and back lipo. Again, it was a very subtle result, and so subtle, I can't even feel the fat deposited and had no recovery time/pain with it.
I was staying at Peach recovery clinic (recommended by the surgery clinic) which was also a wonderful experience with professional nurses and 24/7 care for my entire stay, and the nurses pointed out something about Dr. Tran's work that I was impressed to hear. They noticed that Dr. Tran did not remove the sutures from the lipo holes and re-open them to drain out the fluids at my post-op visit. The nurses mentioned that many other clinics do so to drain the water/bloating from the abdomen, but it holds a huge risk of infection (& wouldn’t that defeat the entire purpose of the doctor putting water into the lipo-area to prevent blood clots??) So it did take a couple of weeks longer to clear out the bloating/water only through my lympathic system compared to girls from other clinics who had their stitches removed. But my results turned out just as great with the recommended lympathic massages.
I'm so glad to have found such the perfect match of a doctor for all the procedures I had done with her. And despite being a little unsure before the consultation, because she is a surgeon in Miami, where the plastic surgery generally produces -exaggerated- results, I think Dr. Tran gave me the most natural-looking and attractive results I could've gotten anywhere else. My only complaint is that I couldn't meet her post-op to thank her in-person!
