The weeks are passing so quickly!
A little over six weeks until my surgery! I am so nervous for many reasons. First, I am wondering how I’m going to explain all of this to my children- my daughter is 12, my son is 9. And I hope I am able to care for them properly
as I do not have a partner. Second I am feeling guilty about spending all of the money on myself when I could be putting it away for savings for their college, etc. Or a down payment on a house or something like that. As an entertainer I do see this as an investment and will probably get a return on my money the following year. Third, speaking of money, I only have about half so far and with the weeks passing by so quickly, I am nervous I won’t have all of the cash in hand. Has anyone taken out credit cards for this type of thing? I did not like a care source as they wanted about $3000 as a processing fee when I applied. All in all, I am still very excited and can’t wait for my new body! Anyone have any comments or suggestions to help use my nervousness?!

Put it on your credit card and pay minimum payments and if u have trouble paying it down ask the credit card company to reduce their percentage rate so your not paying a lot on interest

I was going to try and see if my credit card company would raise my limits. I don't have much of a balance on it, but the limit is low I've never missed a payment though!

If you’ve never missed a payment I think u should ask for a credit line increase

If you have pretty good credit, you can go to a site like nerd wallet and they show 0% credit cards.. Some you can have 0% interest for 18 months! That's what I did. I just divided the total of my surgery by 18 and it was very manageable budget-wise and I paid no interest. Good luck!

Very exciting, good luck! What specifically will your breast augmentation involve, have you selected the size and type of your implants yet? Will you be sharing photos with the community?
