Breast Augmentation and Lipo

Still doing great!
Not taking any pain meds or OTC at this point. Can’t wait to get out of the foam!!!!
Trying my best to stay relaxed and not over do it. Haven’t tried driving yet but will probably drive later this week.
I’m focusing on drinking 3 liters of water daily, continuing to eat healthy and walking. Hope these habits are going to help my results.

I made it! Week 1 done!
I had my post op follow up with Dr. J today. (Let me just add here, he made sure to accommodate an early appointment due to my flight schedule to get back home... what a gem!!!)
My body looks so flat and flawless... I cannot even believe it’s my stomach. Everything looked so good! I couldn’t stop smiling! I’m so excited for the following weeks to come to a close so I can see what I look like without the swelling.
Girls were so great teaching me how to take garments on/off. It’s a bit tricky and def’ly not something you can do alone. I pray the next three weeks go as fast as the last week has!!

Made it back to the hotel and got settled in. Pain has been very low...mostly just aches when I move.
At about 10pm I started getting really hot, and thought I had a fever. With a quick call to Dr. J’s office and speaking to Daria I was given reassurance that everything was fine. She even called me back to follow up. Honestly, this type of service is what makes me so happy I chose this team.
Dr. J called me at 6:30am and talked to me some more and let me know everything was fine, and he even invited me back into the office to get further reassurance. How kind is he? Honestly, my heart was so happy to hear his compassion and desire to make me feel comfortable.
After a visit to see Dr. J I left feeling confident that my progress was 100% on track.
Also, we decided to get some magnesium citrate and it helped me #2; also took Mira lax and rx given by physician.
Day 3
Finally able to sleep more! Swelling is going down. All was good.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience this far.
