Life changing! I found it completely worth the money, time and effort

I was extremely happy with Mr Wilson from the first appointment I saw him. He was the first consultant who treated me with care in making a big life decision. He did not rush me and asked me questions to really consider how this would help me achieve what I wanted for myself. Very professional and informative. I felt very comfortable and confident in his ability as he listened to what I imagined for my end result and eased any of my concerns. He explained the risks and process in great detail to help me understand what to expect before and after surgery.

I was also impressed with the once-off consultation fee which meant I could take my time and see him as much as I wanted until I was ready to go ahead. When I chose my implants, he provided excellent guidance and helped me find a size that would look natural for my body shape and size. I was very pleased that everything was laid out in my fees and there were no hidden costs. The day of my surgery, I received the best of care from all the staff looking after me at the BMI Clinic in Bath.

I appreciated having my own space in my private room and was seen by Mr Wilson and my anesthesiologist before surgery to walk me through everything step by step and after to check in on how I was doing. The nurses were very attentive and reassuring during my night stay, monitoring my drains and drip, and providing any assistance I needed. Once they removed my drains and checked my incisions the following morning, I was cleared to go home and recover.

It was a shock at first to get used to the new adjustments my body was making to heal but following Mr Wilson’s recommendations helped me get through my recovery. I am also very grateful for the timely communication from Kim in arranging my appointments as I had to travel far to see Mr Wilson. I have since had my last checkup and am ecstatic with the results as I have had no complications.

This experience has changed my life for the better and I found it completely worth the money, time and effort. I see this as having made an investment in myself and love how my new breasts have helped me feel more confident. A huge thank you to Mr Wilson and his team for providing quality services, they did a terrific job and I’d do it all over again.
