I have been considering breast augmentation for years. I felt very insecure with all the lost volume in my breast. I finally had a consultation with my fantastic doctor Evan Sorokin in Cherry Hill, NJ. I highly suggest anyone considering breast augmentation to see him! He and his staff are absolutely incredible. I felt so comfortable at Delaware Valley Plastic Surgery. Every single staff member made me feel like an old friend. I started with a small 34b and opted for 520cc Natrelle Inspira soft touch full profile. I am 5'8 and 149lbs.

Here are some updated pictures at one week post op. I added comparison photos from pre-op 8n the same tops to get an idea of the difference in size. I was previously a deflated 34b and I got Natrelle Inspira Soft touch silicone implants place under the muscle. I am 5'8 and 148lbs. Love my results so far!!

Omg that’s amazing!! Is it just me or have they already started dropping - to the point where it’s noticeable?

Sometimes I definitely think they look like they dropped a little but in the morning they are always extra tight. I really just can't wait until they are squishy!! Lol

I am 2 weeks post op. I can definitely see the implants are dropping slowly but surely. I starting doing the massages and it is making a difference for sure. My left breast has a little bit of of a gurgling sound and feeling when massaging but asked my PS and it's totally normal because of the air bubbles that can get into the breast pocket. They do not have any pain. Feeling great!!!

So exciting!! Just make sure you get your meds and everything you need now. The less you need to worry about the better! I found sleeping was easier in a recliner or with a bed pillow with neck rest. Drink lots of fluids. Enjoy the down time and stay positive!!

Thank you so much for the advice! I got the neck pillow, and you’re so right lol I’ll send in my prescription to the pharmacy today and get that done! I’ve been planning meals that I can freeze for the kids, ill be doing everything this weekend so that I can be as relaxed as can be when it finally happens. It still feels surreal!! Your posts and following your progress has been so very helpful!!
