Hi! I'm 31 years old, 5,5" and 190 pounds. I breastfed two children and had deflated 38Cs to start. I dreamed of having breast augmentation for years and years. I really was looking to fill in the tissue I had. My hope is a full DD or even a DDD. I started with slight sagging, and was told by 2 surgeons before that I needed a lift. I was not ready for the scars of a lift so Dr. Hedden and I decided that a larger implant and over the muscle would be best to achieve the look I wanted. I only met with him via email before my visit as I was traveling out of town. His email/virtual consultation was VERY thorough and he gave great detail into why he chose what he chose. My first visit to the office and in person consult was the day of my actual surgery.

I ended up with 550CC Mentor implants placed over the muscle with incision in the crease. Covid makes everything a bit different with check in and your caregiver coming inside with you, but it was all very pleasant. The surgery check in, Nicole, was very informative and helpful. The nurse came to my car to get me and was very sweet and helpful the entire time. The entire staff was so nice! Dr. Hedden came in for what felt like less than a minute but answered everything and gave good detail in that short time. So far I'm feeling really good. Very tight, but not painful. I'm currently wrapped so I cannot see them until tomorrow at my post op.

May I ask how long after your consultation were you able to get your surgery? I have my consultation Tuesday and hoping to have my surgery ASAP !

I am so glad that I listened to and trusted my doctor when he suggested over the muscle. I’ve definitely got a natural lift and the recovery has been a breeze! I’m able to get up and down with no help, range of motion is good and I can even wash my hair and put makeup on now. Pain is nonexistent, but still some tightness.

My consult was in October and I booked my surgery in December! December was a personal choice because I had time off scheduled for then! I think I could have got in sooner.
