Lack of care

I wasn’t going to write a review but I decided I should let people know about my experience. One month after my surgery this clinic redeemed my free 50 units of botox I received from All? and they said it was an “accident”. I work in the field and I know there’s no such thing as an accident when it comes down to searching a patient on the All? portal to redeem anything. It takes 4-5 minutes to do a client search, view account, redeem, etc. I called Allergan right away and the clinic told the rep that I was receiving treatment, mind you they’re in HOUSTON and I live in COLORADO.
