My BA is scheduled for 7/12/18. At my initial consultation I had decided on 325cc silicone implants, but then increased the size to 340cc at my pre-op appointment last week. I’m going in again this Friday to address more questions and uncertainty surrounding the final look I’m going for and will hopefully be able to commit to a size.
I’m 5’0, 108lbs, 32B or 34A bra size depending on the brand and my BWD is 12cm.
My biggest concern at this point is deciding on the right profile for me. I want a more natural look and want to avoid looking like I have torpedoes on my chest. The implants will go under the muscle, so I’m sure that will help prevent that.

Good luck on your upcoming surgery! I wanted mine to look very natural with only a little projection, and also wider so I went with moderate plus. My PS suggested high profile and I did not want that look. For some reason after my surgery, my whole view changed! I feel like the slighted augmented/push up look is so sexy now. It’s such a big commitment! I hope you’re able to make a decision and that’ll you like the end result! Either way, they’ll look great!
