I had my 1 month appointment and healing is right on track. Haven’t had any pain or discomforts for a while. My scars are lumpy which are normal but healed and I’m wearing silicone scar sheets to help. I’ve been sleeping in my bed again instead of the recliner and I sleep much better. I was told I would be fine to sleep on my side so I do and I don’t experience any discomfort at all. I’ve also been slowly getting back into slow and light exercises. Also!!! I went and got sized for my new bra size today and I’m a 32 DD ! I was shocked because they don’t look that big to me but really they’re just full. I’m extremely happy with the size. I don’t want them any smaller or bigger and they’re pretty soft too.

Congratulations! You look great.
Thank you!
Girl, your results are beautiful! I also have to say though, your starting point was pretty good and I'm kind of shocked you say you were originally a 34A!! I also was a 34A before implants, but I had much less tissue than you did. Obviously, I didn't measure you (lol), but I'd venture to say you were a full 34B pre-op. You really had amazing boobs to begin with, so getting implants has only made them bigger and more full! Great skin tone and cute nipples too. I got Mentor smooth round silicone HP 375ccs under the muscle, crease incision back in early October 2018, so I'm now a year and 4 months post-op. You should check out my journey just for comparison band you'll see the difference in my 34A compared to your A cup beauties. Ha! Anyway, good luck on your journey, as you seem to already be healing very nicely. Give it til 6-9 months and what you love now will be 1,000x more loveable!
I’m sure they may appear larger but no I was sized definitely an A! I’d try on a B to convince myself but there was always a gap. I was also 115 going into my BA journey and 5’4” so my frame is smaller than yours. My breasts were actually really perky so I feel like that had a lot to do with it to but my PS went as full as he could go with not going overboard and I’m super happy with the size and they look so much bigger in pictures but I love them so thank you for all of the encouragement!
I agree with TheBreastAround. Your before photos are most girls wish pics/after pics. They looked good before and even better now. Congrats!

Still haven’t experienced any extreme pain and I can still feel that nerve pain but slightly so it’s not bad. Doesn’t seem like they’ve dropped much this week but they do feel softer and my skin was really sensitive but not as bad now. All feeling has returned to my nipples and they’re extremely sensitive but I’ve read that subsides within weeks even months. Under boobs are numb except the incisions but it doesn’t really bother me. All of my scabs fell off a few days ago so I started using the silicone strips to help advance scar healing and appearance.

Are you wearing a strap?
I wore it for the first week and my surgeon said I didn’t need it any longer.
I feel like I'd looked similar to you, where implants were sitting at this point and I used my strap for just over 2 weeks..constant, even while sleeping. It definitely help to drop them in the pocket.
Yeah I wore it 24/7 too for the first week. I was so happy when the dr told me I didn’t have to wear it anymore because it was so uncomfortable

Today makes a week and i'm feeling pretty good. Still feeling tight but when I woke up this morning I noticed a significant reduction of swelling at my sternum which is great its the one spot I felt the most pressure in. the only issue I've ran into is my nerves in my right breast were shooting sharp burning pains from the side to the nipple and it was pretty painful but the doctor prescribed me some Gabapentin and it has without a doubt helped tremendously. At this point I haven't taken Tylenol for a couple of days and been just fine. I feel a little soreness where my incisions are and more so if i'm walking around for a while i guess the weight of the implants press on them. Overall super happy with the progress

You are recovering well from the sound of it. Can't wait to see more pictures down the line. I got 265 moderate implants in June but I'm going in for revision in March for high profile 345. I just felt like they looked smaller than I anticipated. The shape is nice but lack fullness. I'm commenting to you because you got high profile. Good luck healing.
Yeah I’m feeling pretty great! It’ll be 2 weeks in 2 days. From my understanding moderate implants are wider and with the high profile it projects more from the profile view. I know once the bottom fills with the drop they will get a bit larger from the muscles relaxing but as of right now I’m exactly the size I wanted to be and I think really proportionate to my small frame. I figured if I went to small I could go larger in the future vs wanting to go smaller. I’ll definitely continue to post updates with pictures.
