From beginning to end, Dr. Gould exceeded my expectations. I've been considering a breast augmentation for a long time but was always nervous that they would look too big for my body. I am a petite person and I truly did not want big breasts, simply proportional and full breasts that fit my body type. I did not have to explain this to Dr. Gould, this is already his philosophy and after talking to him during our consultation, I knew that he would help me choose a size that was right for me and my body.
Dr. Gould made sure to explain to me the potential risks of surgery and made sure that I was in the right headspace to be making this decision. He also explained to me all of the amazing techniques he was going to use to make the implants look as natural as possible. I am about one month post-op and I could not be happier with how they turned out! I also asked him to do submental liposuction and a chin implant to balance out my profile. He was able to do all of these things and I've never felt so confident in my life!
The day of surgery, Dr. Gould and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I was a little bit nervous but mostly just excited because I knew I was in good hands. I truly did not feel any pain with my breast implants and the healing process was relatively easy. My neck and chin were sore for the first week but after that, everything was back to normal. I took painkillers for about a day and a half and Tylenol for another day. After that, I didn't need any pain medication at all. Dr. Gould was so nice and checked up on me after surgery. I am beyond happy with my experience. I would recommend Dr. Gould to anyone looking for exceptional but natural results!
