435/455cc mod+ Sientra round textured over the muscle

Still a lot of numbness. Still feel like they are too full on top (I have pretty major cleavage even with no bra, which is weird to me lol). Hoping they will relax into a more teardrop shape, but not sure considering they are textured and over the muscle...
The most noticeable recent change is how soft they've become, they definitely feel more natural than they look haha! There are a few places I can feel the implant, but luckily I can't see them. I decided to measure myself today just for fun - 31" band and 38" bust. Apparently that could be anything from a DDD to a H (?!)

4 days post vs 11 days post. I couldn’t really see the difference until I compared the photos.

I have almost no pain at this point, just very slight like PMS soreness. It's hard to remember to take it easy. My right implant is still higher/in my armpit, but it's definitely settling down little by little. I still have ZERO sensation in about 75% of my boobs, including my nipples, which feels really weird. Fingers crossed I'm not permanently numb. I was looking at some 'before' pictures I took the morning of my surgery and I can't believe how small and droopy my boobs were!! Basically all areola lol. I'm really very happy so far, especially with how the implants kind of close my wide gap. I wasn't expecting that. Also relieved I didn't get a lift (not that I was really considering it). Yes I still have big somewhat low nipples but I honestly don't care. I never had perky breasts with little button nipples, not even as a teenager. Anyways, just my random thoughts at this point!
