6 month post-op breast augmentation they are very small & saggy

I've had my breast argumentation with Dr Ayse Kalay in May .When I booked the appointment I asked for a big size like 600cc because my breast is saggy .She said that will do that but when I arrived in Turkey she convinced me to change the size because it will be better for me.Now after 6 month they look horible .Very small and saggy.I will not recommend to anyone dr Ayse because I insisted to have a big size she said yes then when I arrive there in the clinic she did what she wanted.I'm very disappointed with the results.

From the picture your breasts still look nice and natural. That being said I understand the down selling on a smaller implant. They tried that with my wife. I told them we already talked about what size we wanted. The smaller size isn't worth it to us. SHE ended up doing the job but made them offset. Some lady in southern California that "specializes in 2,000 cc +". We wished we went to the guy in LA I think it was. You could do an 800cc over filled to 1,200cc and it would fill you out how you want.
Honestly, I think your boobs look natural. Maybe a breast lift would have helped give you the desired lift but would you have loved the scar that comes with it? You have your nipples looking natural and a boobs that suites your chest size. You can’t choose to not have a scar and want perky boobs if your breasts were already a bit saggy prior surgery. I think your boobs are just fine and natural.
Some people pay to not have the natural look. I think this is the point this lady is trying to say. She wanted big implants.
I think your boobs looks very good and would be the result I wanted. Honestly I want this doctor because it seems they really know what results will come out of their work. I'm sorry you had a vision for very large of breasts (600cc) and paid money and didn't get what you wanted though.
She did the same to me, I asked for same size as I already had and woke up much smaller, I hate them
