Unfortunately, very bad experience and no one from the clinic answers me.
Unfortunately, I have to correct my previous rating. Initially, I was satisfied with my breast augmentation, which took place in early March 2022. But now (for about 1-2 months) my left implant moves and rotates. The breast is deformed and no longer beautiful. But the worst is the very unpleasant pressure feeling in the breast. When lying without a bra, I can feel the implant moving very uncomfortably with every movement. During sports, I sometimes have pain in the breast, which burdens me very much because sports are very very important to me. I am in despair. I now always wear a tight sports bra so that I am not permanently pulled down by this nasty pressure feeling and the movement of the implant. It stresses me a lot psychologically and the surgery was a big mistake. It was a lot of money for me and now I have more problems than before, I regret the operation and wish I had my flat breasts again like before. I can't reach anyone by phone and my former partners at the clinic don't answer me anymore.
Below is my old rating to the clinic (I wrote this a few months ago, before the implant twisted).
I went to Vanity Clinic for breast augmentation as well as liposuction on my abdomen. My surgeon was very nice and professional. Everything went quickly and without complications. The nurses were also very personable and I felt very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the result so far, it even turned out better than I had hoped.
However, there were problems with communication via WhatsApp regarding the costs. We were initially written we "can" pay cash. So we assumed it would be an option, since we were not told we have to Or that we have to pay more when paying by card. Only two hours before our departure to the airport we were explicitly written that we should pay cash, otherwise we have to expect high extra costs. So short notice before departure, it was of course no longer possible for us to quickly withdraw 5 thousand euros (because banks need 3-4 days processing time). We managed to withdraw only twothousand euros. We had to pay the threethousand then with the card and on it came a whole 700€ extra! Just for the fact that we had to pay with the card. We have hoped for some goodwill and accommodating, since it was only written in advance that we "can" pay cash and we were only so short notice pointed out that we should pay it in cash because otherwise so high extra costs come to us. If we had been informed earlier or better informed, we would have of course the cash money in time lifted. That was really very very sad. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the clinic and the result.
