Better Than I Imagined

From the moment I stepped into their office until my most recent follow up(6mo post), I’ve been so pleased with my treatment and results! My results were exactly what I envisioned if not better! During the consult, Dr. Gervais made me feel comfortable. He answered all of my questions. He was professional without feeling robotic. His staff have all been courteous and helpful. Payment was simple. Day of surgery, they were all smiles and made me feel at ease. The after care was simply laid out for me and they even called later to check in on me. I asked for roundness, natural look, and to fit my body structure. I got just that. I get so many compliments on how they look and feel. Best decision I have ever made with the best team providing my care. So thankful someone referred me here because I had several other consults but always left with an uneasy feeling which was not at all my experience at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery.
