Right now I’m experiencing major boob greed since the swelling went down

UPDATED FROM MightyMoz

3 weeks PO

Right boob is significantly smaller than left boob and already soft. Left boob is still swollen and a bit hard to touch. I know I shouldn’t worry about it, but at 3 weeks, I was expecting both of them to look like the left one.

D&f can take anywhere from 3, 6 or sometimes up to 12 months to complete. Dominant side usually takes longer but you may not have a lot of lower pole bc your nipple placement is fairly low in your other pics. Keep a bra and/or compression bra on so they don't drop any lower. Good luck. I look forward to your next update.
I had the same thing happen to me. One was harder and sat higher for awhile. 10 months later they're pretty even!
What size did you get?

Breast Augmentation

I had my BA done on Feb 17th, 2021. 500ccs HP under the muscle. I was a 34b before. 195lbs, 5’8.I did my BA in Montreal Canada and it cost me $8k. I’m at 2 weeks post-op right now. The first 2 photos are the before and the ones after are 1 day post-op. I will be uploading more photos. I haven’t taken any photos after that because I’m nervous about the outcome. Right now I’m experiencing major boob greed since the swelling went down and my right boob is dropping way faster than my left one so I’m nervous about that too! I’m really hoping that they’re gonna be just fine and that my boob greed will go away! I’m meeting with my surgeon next week on March 9th to remove my sutures and I will ask him about why my boobs aren’t dropping so differently... I hope it’s not capsular contracture. I will keep you guys updated!

The swelling definitely hasn't gone down and what you're seeing is 1000% normal. You're barely two weeks out of surgery, and are only unnecessarily stressing yourself worrying about final appearances at this point. If your surgeon didn't make it clear that it takes 6-8 months for swelling to dissipate entirely and see your final results, they absolutely should have. The appearance is going to change, and not always at the same pace per breast, repeatedly over the next several months and even if you think the swelling I gone, the reality is that it isn't. Internal swelling takes a minimum of six months to resolve and that's entirely normal. Barring developing infection, seromas, or hematomas, which do require immediate intervention, your surgeon (if they're competent) will tell you the same, and will likely not entertain any ideas of revisions until I've hit the 6 month mark at minimum.
Thank you for your reply! You’re completely right and I’m aware of everything that you said since I made my research for almost a year before my BA, but when you really have them, it’s more difficult to keep calm and be rational! That’s why I do my best to not look at them for now before I hit the 3 month mark.
I've had 3 BA now, over the muscle with now 1200cc custom mentor high profile aqua gel. I had no sutures for any of the surgeries, it was under boob with a laser cut then just butterfly stitches that stick on, he used the same 'scar' for the next 2 surgeries and they are virtually invisible, no puckering or any issues. I went from a 34aa and now I'm a 34gg, I still get boob greed, I personally think the longer you have them the smaller they look. To me they look pretty average but everyone else see's them as huge. I'm convinced I'll be going again soon.
Going under the muscle is particularly hard work on the body and I hope your surgeon wrapped you tight enough to keep them in the place he/you were expecting them to settle. Your body has had some trauma so I wouldn't panic just yet, mine looked almost like madonna cones day 1 lol... I hope everything goes well for you and they settle down nicely.
Looking forward to seeing your pics!

Thank you for your answer! To my friends my boobs seem huge but to me they look average lol!!
You need it a lifting on them your nipples are way to low :(
So people don't mind that look. It their too far below the IMF they will end up with a snoopy/waterfall deformity. Ladies have to realize getting a lift helps the breasts look youthful and perky. Plus the scars fade nicely over time.
To me that's what most people's breast look like after they get under the muscle implants in the beginning.
My surgeon said that I didn’t and I’m fine with not having a lift right now. I’d rather wait after having kids.
