Breast augmentation

WORTH IT$8,700
I was referred to Dr. Tehrani by a friend for breast augmentation. I am so pleased with my results. I am currently 1 year post op and could not be happier. The staff was extremely kind and caring and I really felt Dr. Tehrani listened to exactly what I wanted and took great care of me. I love the way my breast look and feel and definitely recommend him to other patients looking for breast augmentation!

Really nice!
They look fab- I am 18 days post BA ideal 340cc 32 a preop now wearing strap last 4days rhe pain at end of work day oh my...when did you notice your pain subside? I don't know if it's strap combined with zip up Sports bra?
I hated the strap!! I wore it for a few weeks but then just took it off. I believe my doctor said a sports bra give them more support when we want them to settle so I would but not wear anything and let nature do it's job!
Do they still feel firm? I read that some surgeons overfill too much, so that makes it feel firm. When they don't fill it to the max they will feel soft. I want to get Ideals but I am afraid I will end up with a surgeon that ends up overfilling too much! So now I am back to considering silicone. Im back and forth!
My right breast feel softer than my left because my left was smaller originally and yes it was overfilled. It also depends how much fat tissue you have to start with I have felt silicone ones and they feel similar. I think no matter what they are going to feel some what firm because they are fake ! I would do ideal and talk about not over filling them!
Great results!

Thanks for the update! At your appt I would ask a few things imo plus it would be good to have it documented on your chart just in case. The profile picture you posted of your breasts, you can still see where that crease is/was. I would ask or mention this to your PS esp if this was addressed early on during recovery and eventually turns into double bubble later on. One other thing I would ask about is why you don't have that much lower pole? Do you have UHP implants or maybe they haven't dropped completely into their pockets? Maybe the PS didn't lower your IMF enough and that is why the nipples are sitting low? I would just ask these things or email them with pictures for documentation purposes. It could help if you need a revision later. Otherwise your videos seem to show they move/jiggle very naturally. I wanted the natural look myself. So I understand the look you were going for. I have silicone as I changed my mind at my consult from saline. Keep us updated as to what the PS tells you. It's great you're keeping this journey going bc many stop after a few weeks to maybe 3 months tops. It's greatly appreciated! Good luck! Take care :)
Yeah my nipples do sit low but that was because my nipples were always big and lower on my breast so I expected them to be. I did mention the crease last visit but since I have ideal implants there was more breast tissue on my right than left so he overfilled the ideal to match. My left has less fat so they had to settle in, my left being a little more round than my right. But thanks I'll keep those questions in mind and ask. And the top can be used as any! It's from free people they hav a lot of colors :)
Oh I forgot to ask, is that peach thing a top or bra? It's really cute and makes the girls l@@k sexy!
They're amazing looking, congratulations

Two months till a year with ideal implants !!

Loving them! They are still a littttttle firm but most people I talk to say implants re never going to be exactly like the real thing. My left breast is overfilled to meet the size of my right and since my skin is on the thinner side i slightly feel the implant on the bottom of my left breast. But on my right breast I do not since there was more fat there. Other than that no complaints !!

They look great! And I can barely even tell there was an incision. Congratulations! Any loss of sensation?
Thank you!!! And nope !
Do you still see that crease on the one breast on the bottom? That is your implant sitting over your old IMF. Your PS had to create a new IMF to accommodate your implants so they would fit. Just keep an eye on that bc a lot of times when that is done it will result in a double bubble deformity over time. If you notice that, you can wear a underwire bra. A lot of Dr in the Q&A forum recommend that. You can search the forums for further details. Good luck! Thanks for sharing your journey with us on RS! Btw, the videos are super helpful bc not many people post them. :)
I don't see any crease on the bottom anymore..when I did it was very early in my process. It's been a year so I don't think double bubble is in the cards for me thankfully. And your welcome!!
Yours look great! Mine are a little firm too still i've had them I think for almost two years!
