Pre-op appointment - going with Ideal Implant, around 450cc

Less than 2 weeks until my breast augmentation! I’m a 45 year old mom of 4, 5’3, 120lbs. Going with Ideal Implant, around 450cc. Currently 34a, hope to be about a D cup. Nervous but excited! I can’t wait to see how they turn out, so tired of the itty bitty titty club ;)

My surgery was moved to October 4th and every went great! So happy with my decision so far. I ended up with 405cc/left and 425cc/right. Dr wasn’t able to go up to 450 like I’d hoped, I really hope that doesn’t end up bothering me too much.

Weekly update photos! It’s hard to see any difference from day to day, but with weekly photos you can see the subtle changes. Feeling completely back to normal and they’re getting softer and relaxing more.
